Guest Access:
You'll be able to access the entire property and have it to yourself.

Self check-in, the key is placed in a lockbox at the property (you will receive your unique code in the morning of your check in).

Check in from after 3 PM.
Check out before 10 AM.

Early check in is subject to availability. We will notify you automatically the day before if early check in is available. Late check out is not available due to accepting last minute same day bookings.

When you enter the quiet town of Twin Waters you will feel a sense of peace and calm as you pass through the beautifully preserved nature and Australian wildlife. The coral sea fills the Maroochy river before finding its way into Twin Waters scenic lagoon. A popular destination for Meetings and Events hosted at Novotel resort and Twin Waters 18 hole golf course designed by champion Peter Thomson & Mike Wolveridge. Nearby Mudjimba beach and Sunshine Coast Airport are just minutes drive away. Head south across the bridge and find yourself at Maroochydore, Sunshine Coasts city center and entertainment precinct or check out popular Cotton Tree, Alexandra Headlands and Mooloolaba beaches, bars, restaurants and cafes.

Other Things to Note:
A NOISE MONITORING DEVICE IS INSTALLED AT THE PROPERTY to ensure guests' compliance with our house rules. Please note the home is located in a quiet residential area and out of respect for our neighbours, it is STRICTLY NOT suitable for parties or loud gatherings. Failure will result in security call out charges and instant cancelation without refund will apply.

Our pool is heated to 26 degrees during the winter months, but please note that the temperature may feel cooler in the mornings as the heater operates only when the pump is running from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM to minimize noise overnight; additionally, the pool is not a hot tub, so while it is warm, it will not be hot.

HOUSE RULES:
- no smoking
- pets allowed (excluding furniture and carpeted areas in the bedrooms)
- no parties/events
- no extra guests other than agreed at the time of booking
- no loud music/noise (quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am)
