House Rules and Information:

Parking: there is garage access and off-street parking space available for 5 vehicles.

Noise monitors: The house is fitted with smart sensors that monitor noise. The equipment does not take photos or record conversations. It sends alerts if noise is above a threshold for a sustained period.

Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up on the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.

No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
