To the vacationer that will read this review: If you read the listing you will notice that we do not have dishwasher or garbage disposal. There is an outdoor patio with a beautiful view. This is a duplex and the pool area is shared with next door. It is also written in the listing. The fence that this guy mentioned is a very lower fence that is been put there only for people that have pets. If you do not have a pet you can remove it. The vertical blinds were fine. The bathroom pocked door is been fixed. In 10 days this vacationer never complaint about it, otherwise, I would send someone to fix. Thanks For Reading.

Dear Cindy, thank you for your review. I never received any of those complaints during your stay. That is very odd if your visit was miserable. To the vacationer: The appliance is not old and is exactly how the pictures are. We had a full package of 20 blind replacement slat inside the closed, and after the check-out, we fund all of it broken, and the new one was gone. So the client blamed the shade and was broken, but instead, she was the one who did that. Also, we found at the check-out, the glass of the oven broken, the smoke detector had batteries but maybe went off, and no call was ever received from them to ask to replace the batteries. The kitchen faucet was in excellent condition until this lady checks out; we control all the appliance, linens, wifi, tv, etc. every time client check-in and check-out. I have pictures with dates and reports from my helper. I know 100% sure what is working in the unit. We have AC service monthly, and the AC wall unit is old, but work correctly, it is not molded as this client says. I am glad that I have a lot of good repeated clientele that will not trash out my place. Hopefully, you that readers will give a try, you will not be disappointed. Of course, we are not a luxury place, but if you want to spend the right amount and stay in a cozy home. Zanzibar is the place for you. Thank you for reading my review Sabrina

I am very sorry about the pool, the only issue i knew, was the internet connections, you could have tell me about the pool and I would have sent someone to take care of it right away. Regarding the smoke detector, thanks to let me know about it, i will send right away someone to installed it.
