The ranch is located 40 miles northwest of Austin, It feels like you are a thousand miles away from the big city, yet with all that both Austin and the highland lakes hill country has to offer at your disposal. Situated on a family ranch in the Texas Hill Country with majestic views for up to 20 miles, this ranch home with a large saltwater pool is sure to please the most discriminating travelers. The seclusion and tranquility are only pierced by the occasional shriek from an eagle or hawk. Watching the deer & cattle bound between the hundreds of cedar and oak trees will deepen your appreciation for God's natural habitat. Let the big city stresses melt away and kick back! There is nothing better than the hill country night sky. We offer a telescope to check out the constellations or maybe a dip in the pool under the stars. There are many other things to do at the ranch as well such as hiking and swimming.

Things to Know
Please pay close attention to the following: Non-compliance could result in sizable fines.
-A 3-night minimum stay may be required.
-The maximum occupancy is 12 adults.
-Maximum number of additional daytime guests is 4 between the hours of 8:00a-10:00p.
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after 48 hours after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-Included with your reservation is an accidental damage protection insurance policy that protects everyone from any unexpected accidents. The full name, address and date of birth of the primary renter must be submitted within 48 hours after booking to our insurance partner, Safely.
-Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 30 years old.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-Up to 2 Pets Allowed and Require Approval. Additional Pet Fees & Refundable Pet Deposits Required.
-The exterior of the home is monitored by video camera 24/7.
-There are active cattle and wildlife roaming the ranch. The cattle and wildlife are to be viewed from afar. Do not approach or touch any wild animals or cattle during your stay. We are in Texas which means some snakes are venomous. They don't want to bother with you so please do not bother with them.
-The home is located in a rural area and while it does have regular pest treatments in place, due to the environment, you may see pests and wildlife during your stay inside and outside the home. Outdoors, do not approach the wildlife but rather enjoy them from a distance. They will leave you be if you extend them the same courtesy! Some wildlife you might see includes deer, hawks, rattlesnakes, foxes, armadillos and you may hear coyotes.
-There is to be no unauthorized discharging of weapons of any type during your stay. This includes all firearm types, archery, paintball guns, etc...
-There is to be no unauthorized ATVs or dirt bikes brought onto the property. Golf carts are allowed but neither Barth Ranch, LLC nor Renters Club are to be held liable for any mishaps that occur on your own golf carts during your stay.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
