Cheerful condo in a great location

We enjoyed our stay. Nicely decorated condo with all kitchen essentials. Just a short bike ride to the beach.

Girl's Trip!

Our first ever girl's trip was absolutely wonderful! The place, the beach and being so close to everything completely exceeded our expectations. Will stay here again in the future!

Close enough to beach and dining options to either walk or ride bikes.

Good for last minute booking

The walk to the beach is not doable in 90+ heat. Walk took us about 25 minute from the rental to the beach. The AC outside the master bedroom is very loud, even for my heavy sleeper husband it woke us up each night. Other than that the place was what was posted online.

Perfect Long Weekend!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful girls weekend in this condo. Beautifully decorated and the perfect screened in porch. Beach is a 10+ minute walk from the condo itself and the pool is close by! Condo is located in a great area, close to many great restaurants and shopping. We will definitely keep this one in mind for our next trip! ***The condo is up a couple of flights of stairs, there is no elevator***

Great Unit for Overall Value - would stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying in your beautiful unit - it was clean, well stocked, and all the decor was fresh (I’m guessing a recent “facelift” was done!) My only complaint was with the Treetops grounds. The pools were average and the grounds were pretty messy (which is understandable given the recent storms!) They slowly were getting things cleaner throughout the week. And also since Treetops is pet friendly - we heard lots of animal chatter, so be prepared for lots of barking!

Grea, clean and freshly renovated apartments

Reviewer Comments: The apartment was extremely clean and beautifully decorated.Full kitchen, coffee machine with filters, all cleaning supplies and a lot of fresh towels.Convenient location and close to the beach and all other amenities.4 beach chairs that easy to carry, in great shape. We haven’t use bicycles, but they right by apartments. I don’t remember it was mentioned that apartments are on third floor, but we have not have a problem with that.The pool is less than a 10 seconds of walking, clean and not cold. We have seen an alligator at the pond in the apartment complex, it was small. But if you have small pets and kids, be careful.
