Home Truths

• This is a cosy, holiday rental in an older style apartment. Expect to find basic furnishings and fittings. There is some corrosion on the window frames, wardrobes and outdoor balcony furnishings / fittings due to the location, which may impact their use. Windows do not have screens and can be difficult to open.

• The second bedroom is quite small. It has 2 single beds, with limited access to the small wardrobe.

• A new glass shower screen has been installed (different to images shown) in the bathroom - July 2024.

• There is off street parking inside a single garage, which is suitable for a very small car. Timed, paid parking on manly foreshore or in surrounding streets for larger vehicles.

• Pets are considered at this property. Please enquire with your booking agent at the time of booking.

Great location, property a little tired

What a great location opposite the beautiful manly beach, close to everything. Property is a bit tired and well worn. Property management polite but slow to respond to messages.

Apart from the location so close to the beach, the apartment itself needs a complete renovation. Its old, patchy, musky. Complex its located in is also in need of TLC, coupled with the actual unit is at the entrance, to when your in the main bedroom, it feels like your answering the complex door every time someone enters/exits
