Didn’t have any issues so never contacted the host, amenities were great, the house was really clean, everything worked as expected, the house was perfect, would definitely rent again

Extremely clean! Does needed some TLC for little things. Some light bulbs need replaced, valance missing in living room, door hook in bathroom missing, a few slats missing in window blinds. Dining room table is beautiful and large. Kitchen well stocked. Game room was enjoyed by all. Easy access to main road. Entrance to resort has a beautiful waterfall. Theater room was one of the reason we booked the cabin. Unfortunately, we were unable to use. Batteries for remote had corroded batteries. Maintenance came and changed batteries but still didn’t work. Very disappointed.

Property was very clean and well stocked. Bear tracts communicated often with instructions. The cabin is very nice and a huge amount of room. The location was close to a very active road behind yhe property and there was a car rally with ver very loud cars, that ran up and down the road until 2-3am. Extremely hard to sleep. Check what activities are going on in yhe area and make sure its not loud cars. VRBO WAS THE WORST PART OF THIS ENTIRE BOOKING. APP WOULD NEVER LOAD PROPERLY, BOOKING DATES SHOWN INCORRECT, BASICALLY THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND PROVIDED NOTHING!!! The property management company did everything for us.

Absolutely beautiful cabin - details all around. This wonderful home housed 3 full families, including 4 children aged 2-12. The game room is spectacular! Loved that the theater was clean, and the arms swivel up so you can also lay down to watch the movie. We saw four gorgeous bears! They weren’t phased by us at all, but we still kept our distance, of course. Dollywood & the nearby walking trails were a huge hit! We would absolutely stay here again.

The cabin was great! It was a great location and big enough to fit our large group comfortably. The kids really enjoyed the games and movie theater. We saw bears around the area several times and everyone loved watching them safely from our balconies. The only negative was the dryer took 3-4 hours to dry a load so we ended up leaving with wet clothes. Besdies that we had a perfect stay!

Family vacation

Cabin was a great place for our family vacation. The grand kids enjoyed the game room and theater room. The pool was in an excellent spot for a quick minute walk for rest and relaxation. The huge kitchen table was enough room to hold the entire family for many meals.

Dream Family cabin with kids but zero outdoor space

Rooms are spacious and having a bathroom in each bedroom is amazing. If you're looking for outdoor space, this isn't the cabin for also offers little for view however, it's spacious, clean and has large beautiful balconies which offer space for lounging outside. Super close to Gatlinburg, another bonus!Overall,for a kids vacation, it was perfect. I wouldn't rent again due to zero outdoor space and lack of privacy. For this trip, it worked out very well.

November 2024 Stay

The cabin was large enough that we had plenty of room. We really enjoyed the large table. However, some of the beds were uncomfortable, there was a very foul order in the kitchen area and we finally decided it was from the garbage disposal, the dishes in the dishwasher did not look clean. There was food residue on the inside door of the dishwasher. The baseboards were in bad need of dusting. The bathroom sinks were sluggish in draining the water. The location is excellent, but not sure about staying again.

Family vacation

The cabin was absolutely wonderful and spacious! The game room was an absolute blast for the kids and even the adults. We definitely enjoyed relaxing after a long day of sightseeing! Very easy to communicate with maintenance and very friendly! Definitely will be returning!

Rest and relaxation

Cabin is very nice. Clean and up-to-date. We had a great time playing the arcade games and shooting some pool. Watched several movies in the theater. Definitely would recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was perfect, as for view we could walk up the hill and get a fantastic view. We got names of other properties at this location and will try and stay over the hill next time. Maintenance was excellent as there were a couple of things we called on. We enjoyed our stay at this cabin and would stay there again. The perks were extra bonus, just couldn’t take advantage of all of them—no one has control of the weather!

Beautiful home and Location

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house. We had plenty of room and loved that every bedroom had a king bed with a private bathroom. It was in a great location and made going to everything a breeze. The game room and hot tub was a big bonus for us to enjoy in the evenings. I would definitely recommend this rental. We even saw a bear when we were leaving one day. Thanks again for everything! We really enjoyed our time in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge ❤️

It is within a few minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, grocery store and Pigeon Forge is only a few miles away! We had 8 adults a 9, 11, 3, 2 year olds and 2 infants 7 and 10 months! There was so much to do during the day with all ages and at night we played in the game room! This was a perfect house for our family!

Extremely Poor Management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ll start by saying the cabin is nice. Spending over $9,000 for a week rental. On Monday pm we noticed the dryer didn’t dry our towels and suits from the pool day we had. We called Monday pm to report it. Tuesday pm a man comes out and cleans lent out of the vent on the outside of the cabin and says it’s good without trying to run the dryer to test it. It didn’t work. We called Tuesday to report it. Wednesday am they said an appliance man would be out, at 530 Wednesday afternoon he shows up. Says he has been here before for similar issues. He stated the owner is too cheap to pay him to fix it properly so his fix was to unhook the dryer vent pipe and leave it unattached until the cabin maintenance can come fix it. The dryer was working after he left, except when you ran it, all of the steam from the dryer filled the basement and sent the house’s smoke alarms off. We have videos. So we call Wednesday pm to report it and Thursday am. Thursday around 2pm the maintenance team comes out to replace vent pipe, making the dryer usable. I know it’s a dryer, but we packed knowing we could do laundry. The owner called to speak with my father Thursday, simply stating things happen and he’s sorry. After we spent $9,000 for the week we get an I’m sorry. It took 3 days for the easy fix. 14 of us stayed in the cabin, forced to wear dirty clothes and use dirty towels, had to go to the store to buy towels, spent an abundant amount of time on the phone dealing with this issue. After reading 2 other reviews, the owner has know about this dryer issue since January and failed to fix it, causing our family a magnitude of stress on vacation. I’ve called twice asking for Matt, the owner, to call me so we could discuss this and what he can do to justify his lack of ownership and accountability. He refuses to call me back. They say there are two sides to every story, I assure you this $9,000 story does not have another side. N

Perfect getaway

Great place for our large family. Kids loved the game room and being close to the pool. Adults liked the rockers on the porch. Good location close to downtown

So much fun!!

We loved the cabin. The arcade and movie theatre were a great space for the kids. Communication with the management team about a dryer malfunction was very quick and efficient. I only gave it 4 stars because of a few minor issues that added up… lots of different methods of receiving information made it somewhat confusing—text email VRBO and an app. The dryer was glitchy and didn’t really work. The cabin itself was great but the floors were noisy between stories and the basement was hard to sleep in because of this. The kitchen was a bit small but appliances and dishes were nice. The tv downstairs was non functional and the theatre wasn’t user friendly. Overall very happy and glad we stayed there!
