This is a self-contained carriage house located in a private backyard. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed. Each bedroom has its own half bath!

There is also 1 full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Have a nice relaxing meal out on the patio. There is also A/C so you can keep cool on the hot summer days!

Walking distance to Long Lake or Brannen Lake, where you can go fishing, kayaking, and swimming.

There are restaurants, shops, all few minutes walk away.

Less than a 10 minute drive to Rec centers, swimming, hiking and to the ocean.

Or take a 20 min scenic drive to Parksville for a day at the beach. If you go a bit further north, you can go to Qualicum Beach or Coombs. If you like exploring a bit more, you can also take a ferry from downtown Nanaimo to Gabriola Island for the day. If you go a bit further south island, you can get to Chemainus or take a ferry to Salt Spring Island and visit their very popular Saturday Farmers Market from April until October.
