About this space
A relaxing experience surrounded by nature, perfect getaway that you’ve been longing for. Front beach home is right on the ocean to enjoy with the natural beauty of the Mesoamerican barrier reef.
Casa De Arte is located at the North East Side Roatan. Camp Bay is a local and new development community, has the longest natural beaches framed by crystal blue waters & white sand along the Island . You will find an abundance of activities from kitesurfing, diving, paddle & hiking to old Port Royal.
The Space
New Beach Front Home has two separate living levels:
-Casa De Arte, Roatan: The upstairs living area has two bedrooms, a bathroom with tub/shower-vanity, a fully equipped kitchen, a huge living area, and a laundry room that accommodates up to 4 adults, with everything you need to feel at home during your visit.
The master bedroom expansive glass door provides a breathtaking view of the ocean that is furnished with a King-sized bed.
The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed.
Our open concept kitchen living area features local hardwood countertops and kitchen Island with modern appliances. The living area has a 56" 4K HD TV with apps such as Netflix, Disney. Every room is also well furnished with paintings and artwork.
-Casa De Playa is a lower living area ( open soon for short and long term rental)
Guest access
-Free Parking on the side road
-Private beach with the fire pit
Other things to note
A highlight of the house is the large deck covered (about 800 Square feet, 35 feet front the ground with the best view of Camp Bay). Perfect to relax and unwind as you enjoy stunning views and listen to the ocean breeze harmonise with the sound of nature.
Important information about the area:
Our property is on a beautiful island, surrounded by nature. We love the local wildlife, but we recommend bringing some insect repellent or protection to stay comfortable. It's all part of the charm of being in a nature-filled spot, so come ready to enjoy the peaceful island experience.

The Cliffside Bar and Restaurant, La Sarina Restaurant, Chelle’s Bar with Pool, Camp bay lodge restaurant/ kitesurfing/ Driving a few steps and a mile away from Casa De Arte.
Transportation:
-We advise you to rent a car or we can connect you with a local rental company.
Friendly reminder:
- Note that there are four security cameras outside that face the exterior.
-The two bedrooms have air conditioning, when not in use, guests are encouraged to switch off the air conditioning.
-On the way to Casa De Arte, there are a few grocery stores where you can pick up foods, drinks and more.

Camp Bay Beach is the most beautiful natural and longest beach in Roatan, Over 1 Mile of Pristine, white sand along the ocean, you will find an abundance of activities from kitesurfing, snorkeling and bird watching to diving and paddle boarding, if that you looking for.
