Estamos orgullosos de ofrecerle una suite estudio decorada y diseñada profesionalmente en el corazón de Cruz Bay. Nuestro condominio cuenta con muebles de calidad de hotel y todas las comodidades que se esperan en un complejo de primera clase, pero con una sensación adicional de privacidad. La terraza para comer ofrece impresionantes vistas del mar Caribe y las islas, así como de la ladera de la montaña, la ciudad y el puerto de la isla. Si lo desea, podemos recibirle en el muelle del ferry si lo desea, acompañarlo al resort y responder cualquier pregunta que pueda tener sobre la hermosa isla de St. John.

El complejo presenta una arquitectura tradicional europea y caribeña y comodidades modernas que incluyen piscina, bañera de hidromasaje, sala de ejercicios y terraza extra grande con vista al mar. La ubicación del complejo no tiene paralelo en la isla. Usted estará ubicado a cien yardas de la pintoresca ciudad de Cruz Bay con sus numerosos restaurantes y tiendas. Su vecindad inmediata permitirá el acceso a muchas actividades emocionantes y relajantes que incluyen pesca, vela, buceo, spas y excursiones de un día a las islas vecinas. We recently stayed in the Livin' the Dream Studio @ Grande Bay from Aug 12 - 17. Originally the trip was supposed to end on the 15th but due to Hurricane Erin we were forced to stay an additional 2 days.The Studio is exactly as advertised and couldn't be located in a better location when staying on St. John. Located within walking distance of every restaurant/shop/ferry station in Cruz Bay. Also located within waling distance of local cabs that can take you to any beautiful beach you desire to go to and restaurants like the Windmill Bar which has the best sunsets on island.Carey is also a great host who called me several days leading up to our trip to answer any questions and provided great tips on what we would want to do on island. He was also always available if we needed him and unfortunately because of the last day of our stay and the hurricane we needed to contact him more than either of us likely preferred, but he always answered and accommodated anything we possibly needed from him making what could have been a nightmare return home into a mini inconvenience. The island is beautiful and I can't imagine staying anywhere else on St. John! This is a must stay when visiting!

I loved it! It’s close to everything. The room is very clean and well maintained. You have everything you need. The view outside your patio is just beautiful. I highly recommend this place.

The floors were dirty and the vent in the ceiling of the bathroom there were 3 -4 mold spots. The beach items were worn and weathered. New items should be bought bc about half the items were not usable.

Great location!

We appreciated the fact that this property is walking distance to most places we wanted to eat. So, the only driving we did was out to places to hike. Otherwise, to go shopping or grab a bite, we walked, which was perfect! The pool was a perfect temp and the fitness center was equipped with what we needed. Would recommend to anyone!

My wife and I truly enjoyed this property. Everything was so clean and convenient to town. The property manager made it very seamless for picking up the keys and was willing to help with everything. I can’t wait to come back!

Perfect spot to enjoy St. John

Perfect spot and size unit for my husband and I to enjoy a few extra days on St. John. You can't go wrong with any unit in Grande Bay. Recommendations I would extend to the owner, there needs to be another mirror outside the bathroom, it's difficult for two people to get ready and both needing mirrors. It was great that there is an airfryer in the unit but we had no idea how to use it, so the owners manual would have been helpful. Otherwise all was perfect.

Great resort with beautiful views of Cruz Bay!

We own a time share at the Westin but enjoyed staying in the heart of Cruz Bay. Can’t get a better location to all the restaurants, bars and shopping! Owners were great and responsive to any questions we had.. very clean and updated unit. Highly recommend this spot!

Tropical Oasis

A beautiful place to ‘get away’ with all the amenities of home. Communication was key as this was our first time on St John. The Host communicated all info clearly and quickly.Thanks for a great vacation!

Great Stay in Living the Dream Studio

Comfy bed, excellent location and just the basics you need to have a fun time staying in Cruz Bay. The nice coolers and TON of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. at your disposal were probably the best we've ever had on St. John and were definitely a big plus of the unit. We found the king bed to be quite comfortable as well. Will definitely look at staying again in the future when we are back to visit.

Great location!

Such a great location, we walked to a lot of the restaurants. When we went to the beaches, we were able to walk to a central location to get a taxi. There were towels and coolers in the room, so no need to bring those. Having laundry in the room was great, too! The room was nice and the balcony picture was so great with a view of the boats. Would definitely recommend!

Best location!

We have stayed in Saint John 3 times now and this has by far been the best stay. The location was within walking distance to several great restaurants. Our favorite was CAFE ROMA! Nate was a gem and their stuffed shells and filthy martini were winners! The beach bar had great drinks and Live music. We were so comfortable in our studio. Bed and pillows were super. The kitchenette was nicely stocked for making simple meals. The skillet was great for making breakfasts. We grilled several times and used the air fryer to roast potatoes. Ate on the patio and watched the beautiful sunset over the bay! Thank you again Carey for your hospitality and all the pointers! We shall return. I’m pretty sure my tears are made of straight pain killers!!

A Gem in Cruz Bay

This property is a gem! Location is a three minute walk from the passenger ferry in Cruz Bay. Elevator access to the property from the parking garage. Beach supplies included. Property has a generator in case there are power outages. Such friendly and prompt communication. You would be remiss to pass up the opportunity to stay here for an escape to paradise!

Not exactly as described

So it is listed as a Studio and I understand that concept, but it also states 2 bedrooms. The ad they created is confusing due to this. As I was traveling with my 80 year old mother and my older daughter, I took this to mean that one bed would be in the Main portion of the condo and that there was most likely an actual 2nd bedroom (converted small office or something of that nature).This was not true. It was all just one big common area for the four of us. There were no grilling or cooking utensils, no dishwasher or stove as stated. No dish drying rack, patio curtains should be black out, since that's the 2 bedroom area. Only 2 wine glasses, 6 cup coffee pot that I had to make several pots each morning. The list goes on, they just renovated and it's nice but it did not provide a great staying experience. I've stayed at 2 other units at the same property and they were excellent, this one was far from it. Then we asked for an extra blanket for my daughter and the property service guy comes into the condo, goes immediately to the thermostat and gives us an attitude on what it was set on and stated that's why we need an extra blanket, no we needed it so my daughter could have one. My mother was just outside walking and needed to cool down, he's lucky I wasn't present when this happened. Owner wouldn't respond once we brought up the issues. FYI, Listing was changed after we brought this up to them, so they know they were in the wrong. What a terrible experience.
