Recién listado en alquiler el 29/11/2018 y recién renovado. Vista panorámica del puerto de Cruz Bay. El ático Love City Penthouse Studio es el escape perfecto (los recién casados echan un vistazo :)). Tendrás impresionantes vistas no solo de la hermosa Bahía Cruz, sino también de Caneel Hill y las islas periféricas de VI.

Esta unidad de penthouse cuenta con un balcón cubierto al aire libre totalmente equipado para disfrutar de su café y desayuno por la mañana, y cócteles por la noche antes de su corto paseo por la ciudad para elegir entre más de una docena de excelentes restaurantes. Siempre puede tener la unidad completamente abastecida con sus comidas y bebidas favoritas antes de su llegada.

Pase sus días en una de las 17 playas de las islas y explore todo lo que la isla tiene para ofrecer. Un corto paseo hasta el muelle del ferry y el centro de Cruz Bay siempre está lleno de taxistas amables y serviciales que siempre están listos para llevarlo a donde quiera estar.

Grande Bay es una excelente ubicación cerca de toda la acción, y a poca distancia a pie de todos los restaurantes, bares y tiendas.

Location, location, location

Wonderful place to stay very clean very accommodating. A walk to downtown. The manager was super helpful. We've stayed on St John several times in the past few years this is truly the best location and without a doubt there's no compromising service

Christmas in St. John

Nicely decorated studio with a great location walking distance to downtown Cruz Bay. We hiked, went to the beach, and had some wonderful meals.

A stay in Paradise

My wife and I had an amazing time exploring this wonderful island! The property was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. We could go right out our door and be downtown Cruz Bay in 4 minutes walking. Views from the deck were breathtaking!! A must visit.

Great condo in Cruz Bay

This place was amazing! Owner was quick to respond on any questions. Crandell (property manager) is always amazing! Wonderful customer service. Great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. St. John is our favorite vacation place. Would not hesitate to stay in this unit again.

Perfect Location

The location is perfect, just 1 block away from downtown. The property manager met us at the ferry dock and brought our luggage to the room. The room was quiet and clean. The small kitchenette was very helpful for small meals. Having a washer and dryer really helped out. Very nice unit and we would definitely stay there again.

This was our second time staying in this unit. Just like last time, it was perfect for what we needed. The property manager was outstanding if we needed anything during our stay. The unit has an amazing view and is very close to town. This is luxury that is affordable!

This was another enjoyable stay at the studio villa, which I've had the pleasure of visiting multiple times over the years. The location remains absolutely ideal for me and is one of the main reasons I continue to return.The recent updates to the villa are appreciated; the new furniture is a nice addition and gives the space a refreshed look. However, I have to say I miss the comfort of the old mattress. I found the new one to be less comfortable and would strongly suggest considering a replacement that provides more support for future guests.On the maintenance side, I noticed a couple of issues that impacted my stay. In the evenings, the villa was quite buggy, which seemed to stem from some large holes in the bathroom window screens. Replacing these screens would go a long way in keeping mosquitos and other insects out and improving the comfort of the indoor space.Grande Bay AmenitiesWhile the villa was mostly pleasant, the Grande Bay gym could really use some attention and tender loving care (TLC). The overall cleanliness and upkeep seem to have slipped. Specifically, the vents need a thorough cleaning and the carpet looks tired and should be swapped out for something cleaner. It would also be a great addition if the water cooler was consistently kept filled and cups were provided for guests using the facility.Overall: I still love the location and the villa itself.

Perfection!

We had the absolute BEST time staying at the Love City Penthouse in Grande Bay Resort on St. John. Cannot say enough great things about the hosts and the room. We were provided with two beach chairs, a float, a cooler, beach towels, sunscreen, etc. All of these items were extremely helpful and we used them every single day at the different beaches. I will recommend staying here to all of my family and friends! :)

The shower has no wall or curtain so floor/toilet gets wet. A/c worked well, view is beautiful, bed was very comfortable & the location downtown is the best!

Grande Bay is the best

We have stayed at Grande bay 2 previous visits to St. John. The location is the best. We were spoiled with the amenities we enjoyed our previous visits. What this Pent House lacks is a safe, an iron & board, a closet and an ample supply of paper goods. It was nice but much smaller than we are used to. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Grande Bay, but in a different unit.

Honeymoon

We’ve been to St John many of times before, but this was the first time we had stayed in this condo and I’m so happy we’ve found a place that we can rely on and come back to time and time again. It was cute, clean, convenient and the view from our balcony was of course, beautiful. Pam and Laura were the nicest and most genuine people! A tropical storm was coming through the island and they made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend not only this condo, but any condo in the building. You won’t be disappointed! We can’t wait to visit again!

As expected... perfection!

From start to finish... a fantastic experience! Absolutely loved listening to the live music from town! Inside, there's everything you need. The King bed is top notch. Big screen TV with satellite is a great amenity. The patio has an amazing view. The only issue was the water heater failed... BUT - they replaced it right away! Fantastic service & response!

Cool little spot.

We liked this place overall. We’ve stayed at Grand Bay before and this unit is probably on the lower end in a quality sense, but it was not bad. If you need functionality in a great location, it’s a good spot. Be careful about ordering groceries. The fridge is really small. There’s no closet but there are hanging racks for cloths. The bathroom is not air conditioned and the floor stays wet after showers. All that said, we are happy with our stay.

We bought this property to continue bringing ourselves, our children, family and friends to the island. We love the USVIs and BVIs, it has always felt like home to us. We cannot say enough about not only the beauty and serenity St. John oozes, but of the FUN that we have. The people are as beautiful as the views, and, we rent our property with the motivation to bring you, your family and friends that same love and fun.
