Great location. Easy walking to lots of great cafes and restaurants.Layout of house really good for a large group. Nice big kitchen too.

Christchurch city stay

Great townhouse just over the road from the Little High Eatery. Townhouse was clean and modern with all the things we needed for our stay. Parking can be a bit of a hassle so plan ahead if you intend to park nearby.

Heaps of space and perfectly located — just a short walk to the new stadium. The place is well-equipped with modern amenities comfortable there’s also a spacious lounge area and outdoor seating, making it perfect for relaxing before or after an event.This place will no doubt book out for any gig at the new stadium, so get in quick! :) Better living :)

Great location, nice & new

Nice new 3 story house in central city, very new. Basic provisions would be the only thing to note, e.g 1 little sachet of shampoo/conditioner combined, no body wash, tiny UHT milk, no facecloths, but as long as you remember to bring these if you need them it is great value for money and exceptionally warm & tidy

Conference weekend

Clean, tidy unit. Kitchen and bathrooms had adequate supplies. Where the unit was situated was great and despite the car parks in front of the unit usually being taken it was no problem with the one available across the road at a good price. Couple of down sides was the stairs proved difficult for our older friends & having no toilet on the ground floor. It was also noted there was a blood stain on one of the mattress protectors. However, the group coped with these things and the majority of the group would definitely consider staying again.

The hosts were highly responsive, but unfortunately had to change our booking from Christchurch CBD to a suburb 20 minutes away from the city due to a problem in the original property. This was clearly not their fault, and they did everything they could to make it right, it still ruined our stay. We were only in Christchurch for one night and had to cancel our dinner reservations, and we weren’t able to do the walking tour we had planned. In any case the house was great, the hosts highly responsive, but the experience we sought was not to be.
