Come winter, experience the beautiful Northern snowy winter on our large property, and cozy up in the evening around the fireplace. Our waterfront property gives direct access to the excellent ice fishing on Talon Lake. Snowmobilers welcome! Whether completing the legendary Round Algonquin Park Tour (we're a great alternative to a North Bay stop) or interested in exploring other areas, the local trail runs right in front of the cottage on the lake. Additionally, nearby Antoine Mountain Ski Hill (Mattawa) is just a 30-minute drive.

Our cottage is accessed via a well-maintained private road with some hills. In the winter, conditions can be snowy or icy at times. We recommend that guests be prepared for typical winter driving in snowy areas and use appropriate caution when traveling.
