Rivervale Family Retreat is a charming 3 bedroom family home perfectly situated in a serene suburb that offers the ideal blend of tranquility & convenience. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this delightful residence provides a peaceful retreat while being just minutes away from key landmarks, including the airport, Crown Towers Hotel/Casino, Swan River, Optus Stadium and the bustling city center.

We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.

Location is one of the standout features of Rivervale Family Retreat. The house is conveniently located just a short drive from the airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers. The nearby Crown Towers Hotel and Casino offers world-class entertainment, dining, and gaming options for a night out. Swan River is very close with lots of meandering walkways to choose from. Additionally, the great Optus Stadium is a 30 minute walk along the lake and the vibrant city center is easily accessible, providing a wealth of cultural attractions, shopping, and dining experiences.

As you step into this retreat, you'll immediately feel at home. The spacious living room welcomes you perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or traveling. Large windows bathe the room in natural light, creating a bright and cheerful ambiance. The open-plan design seamlessly connects the living area to the dining space and kitchen, promoting a sense of togetherness and ease for family gatherings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space, making it a joy to prepare meals for your loved ones. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast before heading out to the city or preparing a sumptuous dinner to enjoy at the dining table, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cosy dining area with a large table that comfortably seats six, ideal for enjoying home-cooked meals and engaging conversations.

Rivervale Family Retreat boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. he master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, soft linens, offering a luxurious retreat for parents. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for children, with two twin beds. All bedrooms including the living room have a dual air­ conditioning unit/ heater for your comfort in hot summer and cold winter days.

Outside, the backyard offers a private oasis with outdoor dining and a barbecue grill, making it an ideal spot for family cookouts and alfresco dining.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
