This charming stylish 750sq-ft 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house is the perfect getaway for your stay in Savannah. It's the ideal place to enjoy the Southern hospitality, discover the historic district and the tranquility of your new neighborhood.
🚗 Free parking spaces available on the street, fully furnished and equipped home.
The space
Your future small historic home is nestled in a historic neighborhood of Savannah, just 4 minutes walk from the famous Forsyth Park.
Enjoy quiet morning strolls or relax while admiring the natural beauty of this iconic park. This historic house, built in 19th century, is part of the Historic Savannah Foundation.
🔓 Enjoy a self checkin with smart lock, no key required.
THE HOUSE
Enjoy of a modern comfortable peaceful moment of relaxation in a historic setting. Both bedrooms are equipped with:
- queen beds
- comfortable mattresses to ensure a good night's sleep.
- 2 pillows with silk pillow covers per guest (1 soft, 1 medium)
- 1 towel set per guest (1 large, 1 medium, 1 small)
- Brand new cotton Egyptian linens for each bed
- Fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, blender, kettle, toaster, professional cooking knife set, brand new cooking pans…)
- Cozy living room is the ideal place to unwind after a busy day exploring the city.
- Good lighting
- Fast and reliable WiFi
- 2 flat-screen TV ensure you stay connected and entertained.
- 5 boards games
- Free parking spaces are available right next to the house, allowing you to park your car with peace of mind during your stay.
