Four comfortable and well-lit bedrooms with a total of four queen-size beds can be found on upstairs. All are furnished to provide resort-like comfort and convenience needed to relax and rest so you can remain energized and do everything you have planned the next day.
All five bedrooms offer a similar set of amenities.

There is a granny which has a common wall with the house in the ground floor. but the entrances are separated and residents living there do not have access to our house.
The garage is not included in the renting package as it is used for furniture and linen storage. There are plenty street parking in the front and side of the house. Please DO NOT park on the driveway otherwise it will block the access to the garage.
- 9 local parks and sport fields surrounding.
- Short drive to Rouse Hill Town Centre where has a huge selection of shops and restaurants.
- Short drive to historic Windsor. It is a beautiful town famous for heritage buildings and charming atmosphere.
- 20 minutes drive to the The Australiana Pioneer Village. You will travel back 150 years to experience what it was like for the early settlers. A complete authentic village with so much to see and to get involved with.
- 20 minutes drive to Fagan Park where you can explore the Gardens of Many Nations, which covers 10 hectares and has 11 themed gardens, including Japanese, Dutch, Chinese and Mediterranean.
★ Food Safety ★
For food safety, we are not providing salt, pepper, sugar, tea or coffee. They can be easily bought from the Woolworths and Aldi nearby, or you may bring your own.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
First, you MUST read the check-in guidebook which I will send you via inbox message before check-in. Our property runs on a self-check-in system, so you will have to follow the instructions on the guidebook to check-in on your own.
In order for you and any future guests to enjoy a functional, clean property and harmonious neighbourhood during your stay, when you confirm
the reservation, you and all group members also agree to and will follow our rules as below:
#NSW Code of Conduct
All guests must abide by the [Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental
Accommodation Industry] found on the NSW Fair Trading website.I will also send you a copy when you book a stay with us.
#Parties
Parties are strictly PROHIBITED. If this rule is not adhered to, you will be charged a $2000 fine, and extra service fees incurred by you may apply, including extra cleaning fees and damage fees.I reserve the right to define what a `party” is, and l will be reasonable when doing so.
#Noise
Please be conscious of your neighbours and keep noise at a tolerable level without being disruptive. NSW noise restrictions also apply, so please minimise noise after 9PM.
#Cleanliness and waste disposal
!! Strictly NO SMOKING. If any cigarette butts or smells are found, you will be charged an additional$200 cleaning fee.
-Shoes off in the house please. You do not have to thoroughly clean the property, however, please make a reasonable effort to clean up after yourself, especially when there are children.
- All rubbish is to be packed and correctly disposed of in the bins. There will be two for general rubbish and recycling. Please try and sort your rubbish accordingly. Further details will be shown in the guidebook.
!! If the property is left in an unsatisfactory state,you may be charged an additional cleaning fee. This includes leaving too much rubbish or too many dirty dishes behind on the property.
#Wi-fi
Wi-fi is available for guest use. Please refer to the check-in guidebook for all Wi-Fi information. This service is offered as a complimentary extra and so speed is not guaranteed. It may be affected by issues with the internet service provider or other unexpected complications. As there is no charge for this service, we will attempt to fix issues as they arise, but cannot be held accountable.
#Checking out
Please leave the property as you found it. We kindly ask you to not move any furniture around.
Latest checkout time is 10AM. Prior to checking out, please go through this to-do list:
-Clean all dirty dishes and store them in the cabinets where you found them. Please note that the cleaning fee does not include dishwashing. For any dirty dishes left on the property, an extra service fee will apply.
- Sort and dispose of any remaining rubbish.
-Turn off all lights and the air conditioner.
- Ensure no appliances are in a work cycle(dishwasher,dryer, etc.)
- Report any damages or missing items to us.
- Put all keys and swipe cards back to the lockbox and scramble the number of the lockbox.

If you are locked outside, then please contact me with these options:

*Replacing a lost key($200)
All power points are 240 volts in accordance with Australian standards. Please prepare your own converter if you`re coming from another country.
