THE SPACE
Situated within walking distance to Back Beach, Front Beach, and the scenic Sorrento township, this double storey motel-style loft beach apartment offers an ideal location for attending events. It’s a short stroll to All Smiles Receptions, Intercontinental, and Sorrento Hotels. A short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants & the Queenscliff ferry. Oceanic Apartments complex accommodates private gated entries to each apartment.
GROUND LEVEL
Open-Plan Living Area: Features a couch, chairs, coffee table, small dining set, TV, and electric wall panel heating.
Kitchenette: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric frypan & skillet, as well as plates, glasses, cutlery.
Washing machine, and a small clothesline in the rear yard (no dryer available).
Bathroom: Includes a vanity, shower over bath, and toilet.
Private Rear Courtyard: A peaceful spot to enjoy the morning sun or evening stars.
UPSTAIRS BEDROOM
1 x King bed and two Single beds. Includes a small wardrobe and TV. Ironing board and iron.
A reverse cycle air-conditioner provides climate control for both levels.
Extra charge of $50 per night for a 3rd and 4th guest which will apply after your booking is secured.
Upstairs Bedroom
ALLOCATED CAR SPACE
One designated car space for Apartment 10.
Street parking is available; however, be sure to check any restrictions or signage in place at the time.
LINEN
A full bed and bathroom linen package is included for up to 2 guests (2 beds, 1 bath towel per person)
An additional $50 per person per night is charged for a 3rd and 4th guest (3 beds)
Guests should bring their own beach towels. Bathroom towels are not permitted to be used at the beach.
OTHER DETAILS
No pets permitted at Oceanic apartments. Service animals are exempt. Registration details must be provided.
Wi-Fi is included. A porta cot (BYO linen) and high chair are available for hire.
A dedicated communal BBQ area is available for all guests.
