This gorgeous home allows you to walk in less than 10 minutes to the front beach and is nestled amongst the tea trees sleeping 7 people across 3 beautiful bedrooms.

With full linen, WIFI, fireplace and firepit, the home will amaze. Located only 900mtrs to the bay beach and a short stroll to the Blairgowrie Village, you can leave the car home and enjoy all the local amenities.

Kos Place is ideal for your next Mornington Peninsula beach getaway.

THE SPACE
Ko's Place in Blairgowrie comprises 3 bedrooms, a master with a walk-in robe, a large ensuite, and a huge living space, making this home perfect for a family.

A large bright cathedral-ceiling home with an open-plan kitchen. living and dining area flow to a stunning outdoor area overlooking a well-maintained garden - ideal for entertaining. The gated home with a secure back and front garden for children and pets.

A lovely neat beach home awaits you - and the convenience. You'll be so close to everything!

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Guests are supplied with fresh linen and towels. Lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs.

** We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. Blissful Getaway

This was our second stay at Kos Place and we could have chosen other holiday homes to rent but this property has such a wonderful vibe and everything that you need - so well equipped. Location is superb - just a short walk to the General Store in Hughes Road, a short stroll to Cameron's Bight for a fabulous morning walk on the beach with our Golden Retriever. The only suggestion would be to put in air conditioning as we were there over some very hot days and the ceiling fans just don't cool the house down enough. Thanks to the owners for sharing their piece of heaven. Will stay again.

Lovely home. Great position

This house was perfect for two couples and a dog! There is reasonable bedroom parity which can be quite hard to find. The house has a lovely feel - you can tell it is someone's home, tastefully decorated and thoughtful provisions. Very different to a standard holiday home with just the Ikea basics. We enjoyed the position, close to everything. Highly recommended.

Comfortable Stay in Mornington Peninsula

Beautiful house very close to the beautiful Rye & Sorrento beaches. Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay with a family.

Great but BBQ unusable

Great location close to the beach and lovely house but was let down by the BBQ which had mould growing on it all and broken buttons which made it completely unusable, very disappointing for Grand Final weekend where we had hoped to have many BBQs.

Generous and great location

The renovation is immaculate. The kitchen cupboards have everything you could need. Location only 2 mins walk from the beach was ideal. Loved being able to try out the kayak. The key disappointment was the listing claims Air Conditioning, but the house only has fans, which were insufficient over a very hot weekend.

Perfect Destination

We had a mid-week stay at this fantastic home. It has everything you need and fully equipped with all the essentials and more. You only need to bring your clothes and food. Gorgeous dog beach is only 200 metres away for morning and evening enjoyment for humans and their fur-babies. Stroll to Blairgowrie for a beautiful brekkie. Absolutely loved it and will be definitely stay again. Thanks - Serena

Grand Final Long Weekend

Wonderful house, I enjoyed the kitchen greatly! Lovely being able to let the dog wander around and sniff. Well equipped TV, very comfortable large bed and easy access to the beach and strip mall.
