Large open plan area with a wood combustion heater and ducted heating and cooling. There are comfortable lounges and TV whilst you sit back and enjoy the panoramic view from either the gorgeous timber dining table or lounge area.
In the kitchen you will find a gas cooktop, double ovens, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, pantry, coffee machine and plenty of bench space for food preparation. There are extra stools at the bench so everyone can mingle and enjoy a drink together.

Bedroom one has a queen bed and a ceiling fan along with a large ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity.

There is also a separate toilet and a hand basin.
Relax on the large wrap around timber deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ that can be accessed from several glass sliding doors in the upstairs area.

Downstairs

The large lawned backyard is fenced and for parking there is a long gravel driveway for several vehicles or a car and boat.
