Located in Coventry Hills (NE Calgary), the area is just minutes from Calgary International Airport and major routes like Deerfoot Trail and Stoney Trail, making it very easy to get around the city.
One of the biggest highlights is how close you are to major shopping and everyday essentials. Within a short drive, you’ll find CrossIron Mills Mall (one of the largest outlet malls in Alberta, with over 200 stores), along with Costco (CrossIron location), Real Canadian Superstore, and a wide range of grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes.
CrossIron Mills is only about 10–20 minutes away by car, making it a convenient destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Closer to home, Country Hills Town Centre and Vivo Recreation Centre offer fitness, swimming, and community activities, while nearby parks and walking paths make the area pleasant and relaxed.
What I enjoy most about this neighborhood is the balance — it’s quiet and safe, but still very close to everything you need. Whether you’re here for travel, work, or a longer stay, it’s a location that makes life easy.
