Downstairs, you will find a lounge area with a massive sectional and flatscreen television, as well as a game room that has a ping pong table, punching bag, basketball hoop, and shuffleboard. With privacy, magnificent views, and multiple entertaining spaces, this home will entice you and your loved ones to visit time and time again.

Prepare meals in the spacious butler’s pantry and gourmet, eat-in-kitchen with brand new Thermador appliances and high-end finishes. Meanwhile, the dining area offers 180-degree views of gorgeous pine trees and parts of Bald Mountain – home to the Deer Valley Ski Resort. The large dining area seats eight under a delicate modern chandelier. From here, you can directly access the main floor balcony, where you’ll find a grill for family barbecues. or step down into the great room, characterized by its 20 feet vaulted ceilings, antler chandelier, and plentiful seating.

Head upstairs to the sizable main suite, featuring a king-size bed, a cozy seating area, panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, and access to a private balcony. The lavish main ensuite includes a soaking tub, chandelier, double vanity, and oversized shower with double heads and a comfortable bench. A beautiful, hectagon-shaped window casts light over the space, adding another level of serenity to this spa bathroom. On the same level, you’ll find the secondary suite with a high, sloped ceiling, a king bed, and an ensuite with a stand-alone shower and double vanity. The remaining six guest rooms feature beautiful and updated ensuite bathrooms, providing the same standard of comfort, luxury, and privacy to all who stay. Success will take you to the base of Silver Lake Express, where you can access other chair lifts and explore the entire mountain, including expert and beginner-friendly terrain. Success will also lead you directly to the Deer Valley Ski School and Carpenter Express. In the summer, Silver Lake Express offers scenic chairlift rides and access to Deer Valley hiking trails such as Bald Eagle Trail and Silver Lake Trail. The options to explore are endless.

After your adventures, we encourage you to head to Park City’s historic downtown (only a 9-minute drive away), where you can immerse yourself in the mountain town’s culture at the Park City Museum or go shopping at stores like Gorsuch and Cotopaxi. - There is a spacious two-car garage and large driveway.
- This home requires final homeowner approval to confirm any reservation.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
