This place is amazing! The photos = reality!

Honestly I cannot describe how amazing this place is. We spent 2 days here and wish it could have been longer. The scenery, every little touch and everything was just lovely. The hosts were extremely welcoming and they really did think of everything even down to leaving some cold beers in the fridge which my husband and my dad really appreciated. The pool was a very welcome addition and all the amenities were well thought out. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Indulgent relaxation!

Fig tree creek is my favourite holiday house I’ve ever used. The property was absolutely beautiful, so serene and peaceful and Julian was such a welcoming and helpful host. We went for a birthday celebration and there were so many beautiful touches. A chalk board with “happy birthday” to welcome us, special treats in the fridge. A beautiful new pool and sauna had us relaxed instantly. This peaceful home was only a short drive from the action so we didn’t miss out on the highlife either. Julia had some amazing restaurant recommendations and we ate so well. The house had everything we needed and more and every detail was thought out and tasteful. We loved every minute.

We had such a beautiful stay in this gorgeous cottage. Julian had thought of everything and all the small details were much appreciated. The outdoor facilities for our three boys were perfect and they loved running around wild 🥰 We had such a lovely stay and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone thinking about it! Rural oasis

Lush, green, luxe, tranquil. Beautiful peaceful property with everything we needed. Loved the decor. Loved the upstairs deck and the fire pit. Kids loved playing in the creek. We stayed here to do the rail trail bike ride. Great pub and coffee in the nearby village. Highly recommended!

Blissful

Figtree Creek Retreat is a blissful, out of town experience. We stayed for a few nights and enjoyed every minute. Our purpose was to go to the inaugural Mullum Roots 2025 music festival, and we loved being in the quiet of the countryside after full days and evenings of music. The spaces are well designed and beautiful. A lot of thought and care has gone into all of the details. And the beds are so comfortable. The retreat is on two levels and the upper living space is accessed via a spiral stair - likely difficult for those with limited mobility. Recommend very highly, and if the opportunity arises we'll be back!

Perfect space for a weekend away!

Figtree Creek Retreat was everything we hoped for and more. Surrounded by nature, the house is gorgeous and was the perfect space for a weekend away with friends (we had 5 adults). Close enough to drive to cafes and restaurants but felt like we were much further out of town. The pool area was lovely to hang around in the sun. Beds were comfortable. The host Julian was awesome, always responding promptly and giving clear instructions for a smooth check in/out. Highly recommend!
