A peaceful break amidst lush greenery and birds
Summary:
This ground level property has been completely transformed into its own private residence. Two good sized bedrooms both with built in robes, open plan living with a full sized kitchen, central bathroom and secure remote control garage. This comes with access to the swimming pool, tennis court and the serene surrounding landscape which is fully fenced and has automatic gates. Plenty of fun options on the property with free WiFi, Netflix, campfires, moonlight cinema and so much more.
The Space:
The property is a double storey house on more than an acre lush green land. Both the levels have separate access. Landlord live upstairs and guests have exclusive use of the whole downstairs. It Is a kid-friendly and a pet-friendly property with lots of play space for the kids and pets. The kids will love spending time on the tennis court, trampoline and swing areas. Additional activities such as moonlight cinema, campfire fun can be organised at a small additional cost.
Please note that this property allows for 4 guests normally. Any additional guests will need to be discussed and approved.
Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Pets are welcome providing arrangements have been made with the owner.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
** COVID Guidelines: We prefer that people staying at our property are fully vaccinated or can show medical exemptions. This is in the best interest of the hosts and the future guests. Also, we request guests to reconsider their stay if they have any flu/COVID like symptoms. **

The Neighborhood:
It is a peaceful neighbourhood all on acre blocks, set in the green belt area of Manningham. It is frequented by varieties of birds. It is far from the busy city humdrum but yet not far from amenities, shopping centres and the train station.
Getting Around:
We are just about 500m away from the bus stop and about 2.5-3 kms to the Mitcham train station and shopping centres.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that if you decide to book, you may hear sounds of construction being done on the premises during your stay. We are under renovation to improve our guests' experience but we are still very much welcoming guests who are willing to stay with us even if some renovations are ongoing.
