Halibut Seaview has views across the treetops and sand dunes out towards The Bluff from its elevated position in Ocean Grove.



On the ground level you have the kids room, large with plenty of room to play, TV and two single bunk beds. This room is serviced by a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity.



Heading upstairs you have the Open Plan Living area that spans from the front balcony all the way to the rear of the property on the left side. On the right side you have the main bedroom with queen bed and ensuite at the front and towards the rear you have the final 3rd bedroom with queen bed serviced by the main bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet.



The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for your morning cook ups or family dinners and includes oven, cooktop, dishwasher, fridge and appliances such as toaster, kettle and microwave. The dining area adjoins the kitchen and has a large table accommodation all 8 guests. The living zones are split between the front and rear of the home with plenty of seating for all. Seating is extended outside with a comfortable outdoor lounge under the rear patio to enjoy those warm summer evenings.



THE AREA



The property is located on Halibut Avenue within Ocean Grove. Approx 15 min walk or 2 min drive to Collendina Beach and 30 min walk or 4 min drive to the main shops on The Terrace.



GETTING AROUND

A car is recommended to explore the Bellarine Peninsula as Taxis, Ubers and Public Transport is scarce.

A set of keys will be placed in a key safe on-site prior to your arrival. The unique code will be provided to you the morning of your arrival via your Guest Portal.
