A perfect ski-in ski-out home on the mountain! My group of 8 called Whitetail 1 home for 10 nights over January. Being from Australia, we booked the accommodation early in the year for a very affordable price for the number of beds, amenities and location, which is very close to the gondola. From the start, the owner Stephanie was excellent with communication. Responding instantly to all of my messages and questions about the property. The check-in process was seamless, and the host also organised us and early check-in so we were able to organise our ski hire and passes a day early so we could get on the slopes early and avoid wasting time in the morning. The home has great parking and is very easy to find as soon as you arrive in Big White opposite the gondola car park. It’s located a short walk to the Gondola and a quick ski down Happy Valley Way from the village. We loved that the home is positioned at the start of the street, which gave us great privacy in the hot tub compared to a lot of other properties in the area. The hot tub is a perfect location to watch the fireworks on the weekend. The property has all the amenities you need and more - hot tub, coffee machine, barbecue, ect. We were able to cook breakfast and dinner every day at the house. We also skied back to have lunch at the house a few times as it’s so close to the village. We absolutely loved Big White and Whitetail 1. We will definitely be back!
