With two exquisitely furnished bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, this magnificent house is built for the ultimate in pleasure. The property has an elegant dining area for dining in style and a fully functional kitchen for cooking up delectable meals. There's a peaceful garden haven outside that's ideal for relaxing or eating outside. Nai Harn Beach, renowned for its eateries serving fresh seafood and crystal-clear waters, is only a short drive away.

RATE INCLUDES:
-Cleaning twice per week
-Maintenance of Swimming Pool and Garden
-Drinking water and water fees included
-Towels and linens provided
-Fiber WiFi, cable TV, and safe
RATE EXCLUDES:
The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit (normal average use is 200-300 baht per day. NOTE: Electricity cost still depends on the number of units used.)
Crib and High Chair 1,900 baht per stay (by request)
Extra Bed 1900 baht per stay (by request)

HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa (FINE: 20,000 BAHT)
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.
SERVICES :
- Arranging car and motorbike rental, the price depends on the car/motorbike model and its condition
- Providing airport transfer
- Tours and Activities
-Arranging massage at the villa
-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with extra charge
