The Space:
When you enter through the front door, you will find yourself in a welcoming open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. This space features comfortable seating, a dining table that accommodates everyone, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, making it perfect for socialising, relaxing, and preparing meals together.

From this main living area, a staircase leads you upstairs to two tranquil bedrooms, one furnished with a comfortable queen bed and one furnished with a double, offering a peaceful retreat. A few steps up from the main living area, a hallway leads to a bedroom with a single bed and a great desk, ideal for those needing a quiet workspace. On this level, there is also a spacious queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and large double doors that open onto a deck, providing a lovely outdoor sitting area. A second bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

To reach the second living and entertainment area, you walk through the hallway, passing the bedrooms and bathrooms. At the end of the hallway, you will find the very spacious second living and entertainment area. This room is a hub of activity, featuring darts, an extensive collection of books, and plenty of comfortable seating. It’s the perfect place to unwind, challenge friends to a game, or get lost in a good book.

On the other side of this large entertainment room, a few steps lead down to another bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and large double doors that open onto a private deck. This secluded spot allows guests to enjoy the garden in a countryside setting.
The expansive gardens surrounding the property are a standout feature, offering stunning mountain views and a serene setting for relaxation. Multiple seating areas are scattered throughout the garden, providing plenty of options for enjoying the outdoors. The fire pit and BBQ area are perfect for evening gatherings and alfresco dining, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings.

Other Things to Note:
EV owners - We ask that you please don't charge your car at the Woolshed. There is an EV charging station in Takaka Township, about a 15-minute drive away.
The summers can be dry and as the Woolshed is reliant on rainwater (there will always be enough for general use), we kindly ask that you refrain from washing your boats. Thank you.
