Looking for the perfect getaway? Our stunning newly renovated beachfront holiday home is just what you need! With 4 spacious bedrooms, including a bunk room and rumpus room, it comfortably fits multiple families or friend groups. Located just steps from Pohara Beach and a short stroll to the golf course and restaurants. It's the ultimate spot for relaxation and adventure.
Property is pet friendly however is not fenced.
House sleeps 11 people.
Self-Contained unit available on request as a separate charge - sleeps 2 people, please enquire with a message.
Upstairs Space:
• Features 1 super king-sized bed and 2 king-sized
beds.
• Open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area for
comfort and convenience.
• Cosy lounge and upstairs patio with breath
taking bay views.
• Snuggle up by the fire on comfy couches with a
smart TV for unwinding after a day of exploring.
• Fully equipped kitchen for creating delicious
meals to share at the dining table
• Family bathroom and extra toilet.
Downstairs Space:
• Bunk room with 1 set of single bunks and 1
queen-size bed with a single bunk above.
• Games room with a smart TV, perfect for sports
or movies.
• Laundry with a large fridge freezer, washing

I'm married with 3 kids and work as a nurse. I'm from sunny Nelson and absolutely love Pohara! I grew up in North Canterbury and travelled every Christmas with my family to holiday at Pohara Beach. I feel very lucky to have a holiday home at the beach that I can share with you.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
It's so peaceful in Golden Bay. When you get to the top of the hill and look down the valley time seems to slow down. I love arriving at the house and looking out over the bay, the sun on my face and the kids running down to the beach. Coffee on the beach in the morning and a drink on the deck with the family in the evening. There is the rumpus room, large lawn and a safe beach right on the doorstep. I feel really comfortable with the kids playing on the beach, making huts, riding bikes to the shop and generally just being Kiwi kids. There is aways plenty to do and explore even after 40 years.

There aren't many houses in Pohara that can honestly say they are beach front, we are! The house is fully renovated and able to accommodate up to 13 people, including sleeping 2 people in the self-contained unit downstairs just off the deck. The large rumpus room has a TV, dart board, couches and bar which is always a hit with the blokes. Plenty space to park large boats on the property. Within walking distance to the golf course
