PROPERTY DETAILS
Ideally located in a small 2 story building with only 4 other units this retreat contains one main bedroom with a queen bed, a loft which contains two single beds (accessible via a ladder only) and a lounge area with a double fold-out sofa bed.
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 (Loft): 2 x Singles
Lounge: 1 x Double Sofa Bed
The apartment is for a maximum of 4 guests, you have the option of choosing between the loft and the fold out sofa.
Private, quiet and restful and comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 2 children with the option of the loft or the fold out sofa bed in the lounge. Please note that as the loft is only accessible by ladder, the area is not suitable for children under 8 years old.
There is ground floor covered parking for one vehicle with entry from Petrie Avenue, our spot is marked with a silver number 3 above the carpark, extra car parking is available on the roadside in front of the apartment building.
The apartment is on the second floor and is accessed by taking the stairs in the shared courtyard. There is a lock box with your keys at the apartment front door. You will be sent the code to the lock box prior to your arrival.
The bathroom has a shower, vanity & toilet.
The building has a laundry for your use with a washing machine and dryer. This is a communal laundry and we do NOT supply laundry detergent.
The dining table seats 4 guests, as does the the table on the blacony.
The kitchen has a dish washer, microwave, oven, cook top and is fully equipped with plates and cutlery, kettle , toaster etc.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
Please Note, this is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We don't wish to offend, so please don't ask to have any of these type of events here. It is strictly NO smoking. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful apartment and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely property for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.
The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs

As is now the norm at hotels, motels and other accommodation providers, that due to the occurrence of credit card theft and identity fraud, all guests have to provide photo ID (drivers license / passport / identity card) that matches the credit card used for the booking and the name of the guest making the booking. You will be asked to provide one example of this photo ID, to verify your booking. Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from guests that do not provide this photo ID.
There is an authorisation hold taken for this property the day prior to your check in in the amount of $250, this is released after checkout.
As VRBO/Stayz does not verify your card details at the time of reservation, we require payment via a secure payment link, which will be sent to you shortly after you complete your booking via both email and text message. This measure has been implemented to prevent credit card fraud, an issue we have faced multiple times in the past six months. The card processing company charges a 1.9% card processing fee. This money is not charged by us and does not go to us and is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
