Step inside to discover ample room for the entire group to relax and unwind. The spacious living room features a plush seating area, perfect for sprawling out and enjoying your favorite show on the 65" Roku TV. For a bit of friendly competition, head to the game room equipped with a Pac-Man arcade and foosball table.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with all your cooking essentials. Start your mornings at the coffee bar, complete with Nespresso, drip, and French press coffee machines. Enjoy your favorite cup of coffee by the pool, soaking in the Miami sunshine.

This home offers five beautifully decorated bedrooms, providing a peaceful retreat for every guest. Each room is designed with comfort in mind, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the vibrant city.

This home is located in “Little Gables,” which means it's only a short drive away from all of Miami's best attractions. Escape the chaos in a quiet neighborhood without losing the benefits of being close to all the action. This home is also only 10 minutes away from the airport.

Head to Coral Gables (only a 4-minute drive!) for high-end boutiques, eateries, and more. Check out Caja Caliente for delicious and unique Cuban tacos, or come for brunch and try the guava pancakes. MKT Kitchen is another option if you're looking for more deli-style food: pastries, sandwiches, and family meals. If you want to spend the day in Coral Gables, make sure to check out the Shops at Merrick Park for sophisticated and high-end shopping.

This home is also only 25 minutes away from the iconic South Pointe Beach, a beach at the southern tip of Miami Beach. Snap a few pictures of the gorgeous panoramic views and take in all the sights: the shoreline, the palm trees, and PortMiami's cruise ships. You'll also be less than half an hour away from South Beach, one of the top Miami attractions. Spend the day on the beach soaking up the sun, then spend the night on Lincoln Road!

As for other Miami destinations, this home is only a 10 minute drive to Brickell and Coconut Grove. Stop by Brickell, Miami's financial district, for new and trendy restaurants and bars. Coconut Grove has a very different feel: eclectic, historical, fun for the family by day and an upscale nightlife scene. If you're in the area, Vizcaya Gardens is a beautiful and memorable spot to check out.

Other things to note:

- There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom ground level.
- A pool safety fence is available at the home for added peace of mind; it can be set up by guests if needed.
- If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $40 fee per day. Please coordinate with us prior to your arrival so that we can arrange for the heater to be on.

House Rules

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM

**All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.**

-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival.
-An accurate guest count must be provided.
-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
-This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are used during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

Starter Supplies:

We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Pet Policy:

This property is dog-friendly with an additional $250 fee per pet. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our pet policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

Baby Bundle:

If you have little ones, we offer: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Please make your request at the time of booking or 24 hrs prior to your arrival.

- Any/all outdoor umbrella(s) must be placed in the closed position when not in use, and at the time of check-out. This must be done in order to prevent breakage due to weather conditions. Failure to comply will result in an additional charge.
- Please ensure that the grill is covered when not in use. This helps to maintain the grill's condition for future guests. Failure to comply may result in a cleaning or maintenance fee.
