Please be advised that there is currently construction taking place in the building, and the balcony may not be available for use. Additionally, the jacuzzi and beach pool are undergoing maintenance and are currently closed.

Costa Costa is a pet-friendly community, but along with that comes specific responsibilities that pertain to those Residents who are pet owners.
For example, management has received several complaints recently about Residents not walking their dogs securely, under control on a leash (6 foot maximum) in the common areas of the building.
Adhering to this is very important for the safety of Residents and pets alike.
Please see below a refresher of the Rules and Regulations
section 2.10 regarding pets:
a) Pet Ownership
ii. All Residents, including those in transient units as well as renters, must register all pets with the management office.
v. Pets may not be left unattended on balconies, terraces, patios and/or lanai areas.
c) Common Areas/Lobby
i) A pet must be on a maximum 6’ leash and under control at all times when in public or common interior areas of the building (including hallways) as well as on exterior property, adjoining sidewalks, etc.
iii. Pets are not allowed to roam freely or play in the hallways or any other interior common areas.
d. Pet Waste / Relief
i. Each Unit Owner and each Occupant shall be responsible for immediately picking up after any animal kept in such Unit Owner’s or Occupant’s respective Unit, including, without limitation, removing any waste deposited by such animal anywhere on the Common Elements or anywhere on the Property. Residents must pick up excrement deposited by their pets on Association grounds. Pet stations are located on the East side of the Casa Costa building
ii. Dogs are prohibited from relieving themselves at or near the front lobby entrance and in the garage. This includes for example: doors, sidewalks, walls planters and shrubs. Owners shall not allow their dogs to urinate on the posts in the garage.

A great weekend trip!

Room was great, but the check in process and parking was such a nuisance it took over an hour! Car was so far from room so moving things from car to room felt like moving literally! Construction all around condominium. The upgrade in Accommodations didn’t counter all the work necessary to take possession! Nothing good was close by, wouldn’t stay here again.

Tools needed to open and close key lock box. iTrip door code was wrong. Unit smells smoky. Toilet clogs easily. Exterior work and balcony inaccessibility was not disclosed in the listing. Assigned parking space not convenient to unit. The balcony door was nailed shut with a 2x4 to prohibit opening. Noise and concrete dust notwithstanding. Otherwise, the unit is comfortable, clean and pleasant. The key lockbox in the reception cabinet really needs immediate attention; I had the correct code but the locking mechanism is very difficult.

Thank you for the review the lockbox that we provide in the cabinet is one of the largest ones to make it most convenient for our guest. You just have to make sure the numbers are perfectly aligned and lift up once you follow those directions. It immediately opened for you when you contacted me. We did provide you with the correct code to enter the listing you unfortunately just didn’t see the updated check-in procedures that we did provide. Unfortunately, there was construction as we mentioned in the description of the property and that would be until the end of December so you were not able to use the balcony, but we did alert all of our guest prior that balcony was not able to be used. We try very best to be upfront and honest with any kind of construction going on during our guest stay. There was no smoke in the unit actually the entire building is a non-smoking building.

We immediately offered to relocate you to another unit, which you accepted after an initial decline. Please note that the new one-bedroom condo provided was an upgrade from your original studio booking.
In acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused by the repair activity, We provided a partial refund for the one day interruption.
