Located on the 1st floor in a vibrant yet peaceful neighbourhood, the apartment provides a serene escape while keeping you close to local cafes, shopping, transport, and Melbourne attractions.
With comfort, quietness, and space, it’s also a perfect location for working.

A three minute walk from Cheltenham Train Station, well served to get you into the city and spoilt for choice with an excellent integrated bus service linking the coast and the city to get you to the events and home with ease and a great jumping off point for wider trips to the Mornington Peninsula via the Nepean Highway. The Skybus Airport Service has a dedicated route to and from the peninsula with a stop at Southlands adjacent to the apartment.
