There is one small dedicated covered parking spot outside of building M. Look for the Bavarian
Bliss parking sign. Additional parking is free in spaces along the fence line.

A flat 15-minute stroll to the city center.

★ 2ND FLOOR ★
Our condo is located on the 2nd floor with stair access only

★ NO FURRY FRIENDS ★
We love pets, but this rental is pet-free to keep our space comfortable for all guests. Thank you
for your understanding!

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a
thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO SMOKING ★
Please refrain from smoking on the premises! Any smoking evidence will incur a fee for odor
removal and furniture cleaning.

We ask that you treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests
