Pull into your designated parking space (that's right, no need to pay for parking) and ascend the stairs to your front door. You'll be greeted by a generous tiled foyer that leads to an open concept space allowing your friends and family ample room to congregate. You'll be delighted by the warm wooden cabinetry and granite countertops in the kitchen and find everything you need to whip up something delicious. The plush sofas will beckon you to sit, relax and enjoy as a movie plays or a great conversation unfolds filled with hearty laughter and all the ingredients for making memories. A balcony just off the dining room offers a peaceful perch to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

On the top level of this primo pad are two bedrooms, the first is a king ensuite and the second has a queen bed and a dedicated full bathroom down the hall. There is one assigned, covered parking space for this unit. Clearance for the covered parking area is 8'.
This is a second floor condo and you will need to climb a set of stairs to get to the unit. No elevator available.
If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.
