Balcony view was great, we are taller people and found furniture a little challenging. The car park is also quite tricky to negotiate and was quite stressful.

bed was extremely uncomfortable you could feel all the springs, lounge was also uncomfortable, couldn’t get hot plates to work only small saucepan, and took us 2 1/2 hrs to find our car park as car park has no markings so would never stay again, also carpet was stained and towel hard and stunk

Lovely apartment with beautiful lake views. The check in process was inadequate. No instructions were received until I messaged the property manager well after the 3pm check in time. The key was collected from the designated spot but the remote didn't work so we waited until another car arrived and followed them into the carpark. I received a video on how to find the carpark which showed the entry point which was extremely helpful but was totally useless once you go down into the basement as there is no internet or phone coverage. It took over an hour of driving and walking in circles to find the carpark. We unloaded the car and were grateful that the lift was right there but the remote didn't work to activate the lift. We piled everything back into the car and attempted to leave the carpark but the remote didn't work, so we had to wait for another car to activate the roller door. We got phone coverage again, tried to call the property manager but she wouldn't answer. I was asked to message her and was told I must have been in the wrong building! The video showed exactly where I was so it definitely wasn't the wrong building. We decided to find a spot in the Wilson carpark below the building opposite.This was the most stressful check in experience that could have been avoided with providing instructions 24 hours prior to arrival. The remote not working was very poor form.This is a great apartment if you are coming by public transport.

Travelled with my adult daughter and her partner. The unit was perfect for us. The 2 bathrooms gave us both total privacy. Walking distance to everything we needed. Really clean, comfortable and a nice view. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Well located property with very nice views overlooking the lake.Woolworths metro is next the building as well as a cafe few restaurantsFew minutes drive to Westfield Belconnen and less than 20 minutes drive to the main attractions in Canberra Building parking is a bit of challenge when doing it the first time but the host provided videos and photos to help find the spot - watching the video in half speed and familiarising yourself with it prior to checkin helps. Once done it becomes clear

Great Location, great value and communication with host, carpark is extremely confusing, developers error not hosts, needs more signage or colour scheme (huge carpark) but overall experience was great

24 hrs before flying to Canberra I requested the address and entry details but was advised at that point (only when I reached out) that it wasn’t available. I was given a choice of 2 others. I picked one but although it looked nice initially it was not great. Days of 40 degree weather and no air con in the bedrooms, one bedroom did not have a window, neither bathroom fan worked and the ensuite smelled damp and had mould in the shower. The balcony was very very dirty. Not impressed at all.

Stunning Views combined with minor issues

The apartment was as described but we had issues with checking in as we had to wait for it to be cleaned and then the incorrect lock box code was provided so we had to again wait for the owner, who was very apologetic, to rectify this.In addition, it was extremely difficult to locate the allocated car space, there was only 1 lift working at the building and there was no welcome information provided. Fortunately the views were stunning!.

Getting final instructions was very poor. Parking instruction was the worst Ive experienced. Getting to the apartment from the carpark bay was long and confusing. Nice apartment but will not stay there again due to parking and lack of communication
