You’ll be surrounded by beautiful beaches, excellent fishing spots and waterfront eateries. Don’t miss the Pier Park Markets, Hervey Bay Botanic Gardens and a trip to K’gari (formerly Fraser Island). You’ll have the entire upper level, which comes with a full kitchen and laundry, sunny balcony and a fire pit.
Soak up the best of the Fraser Coast from this rear, high-set family home, imbued with relaxed coastal charm. It’s surrounded by gardens and encompasses the upper level, enjoying sea breezes and fresh air.

Entering the home, the enclosed balcony captures a sunny outlook and opens through sliding doors to the dining room. Come together for a shared meal or find plenty of eateries close by. The living and kitchen area is open plan, designed around a central island and breakfast bar for slow mornings at home. The kitchen comes fully equipped for your holiday catering, and includes a full laundry adding to your everyday convenience. Relax on the oversized lounge with a good book or get cosy for movie nights at home. The combination of air-conditioning, heating and ceiling fans keeps things comfortable all year round.

Each of the three bedrooms is well presented for a good night’s sleep. The primary bedroom highlights a king-sized bed, set with side tables and reading lights and offers hanging space for your belongings. The second bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed while the third bedroom offers a combination bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single above. You’ll also find plenty of kids’ toys and books. Refresh within the modern bathroom, which is designed with a combination bathtub and shower and double vanity.

Ample parking is available on the driveway.

This dwelling occupies the back half of the property. There is a second home at the front of the property available for term let, which may be hosting guests during your stay. Separate entrances ensure your privacy throughout your visit.

Queensland’s Fraser Coast is a stretch of idyllic coastline that faces Fraser Island – the world’s largest sand island. The coastal suburb of Urangan, in Hervey Bay, offers uninterrupted stretches of sand, excellent fishing spots and a friendly atmosphere. Walk along Urangan’s famous pier at sunset, which stretches more than 800m across the water. This is also the departure point for whale watching tours and the ferry to Fraser Island. Check out the Pier Park Community Markets, held each Wednesday and Saturday (7am-1pm) and the Hervey Bay Botanic Gardens. Dine along the waterfront at Aquavue and Salt Café.
