The living room features all new furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV, with easy access to the outdoors. The dining area seats six and flows naturally into a kitchen complete with everything needed to prepare a full course meal.

This home offers three tastefully decorated bedrooms which have all been designed for comfort:
-Two guest rooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen, each has its own TV for viewing pleasure. These share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
-The primary suite features a king bed, generous closet space, a TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and dual sinks. Guests will be in for a treat as there's an enclosed deck off the bathroom-perfect for private sunbathing.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
