➦Health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning and disinfection after each check-out.
➦There is a strict NO Smoking at our Airbnb. Violations of these policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively.

➦Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay
➦WINTER: We have hired people to shovel the private driveway during winter and the main road is plowed by the city. However, we are not responsible for the any issues with ice and snow on the driveway or on the road itself. Winter weather can be unpredictable in Muskoka for your convenience please be prepared to shovel o if needed. The levels of snow vary greatly from the city
