Enjoy outdoor dining in the screen porch, relax in Muskoka chairs on the large deck or watch the sunset from the private dock or the hammock at the lake. The private sand beach is superb, with a gradual incline and sandy bottom with no weeds. Swim to the raft in the deeper water for diving.. 3 piece indoor bathroom in the cottage but you'll love the experience of the outdoor shower and bathroom (with sink and flush toilet) in the midst of trees. Enjoy the lake in the canoe or the 20 hp motor boat. Travel by boat to Fairy Lake, Huntsville, Lake Vernon or through the locks to Mary Lake, cycle the scenic routes around Lake of Bays, Dwight and Algonquin or golf at renowned Deerhurst Highlands or Mark O'Meara golf courses.

The 3 bedroom cottage is pine walls and hardwood floors throughout and the separate cozy cabin is cedar lined with a wood stove. The living room features large picture windows and a beautiful stone fireplace. Tap water is drinkable from a well and a UV filter. The Springsyde shore includes a private shoreline path for cottagers to stroll along the shore. All amenities are included: satellite TV and most streaming services, stereo, barbeque, dishwasher, laundry room and a generator in case of power outage.
