The master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite greets you on the right, while the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area lies at the end of the hall. Enjoy the spacious downstairs living area with comfortable seating, a TV, air-conditioning, and a dining table, all leading to a bright outdoor courtyard.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, and coffee machine, perfect for home-cooked meals or evening BBQs on the patio.

Upstairs, the second living room offers a kitchenette, couches, a second TV, and a seating area. The two upstairs bedrooms feature a queen bed and two king single beds, each with air-conditioning. The main bathroom has a large shower and a separate toilet.

Relax in the private back courtyard with your morning coffee or evening glass of local wine. There's parking for 2 cars in the secure carport. The villa is part of a small, quiet complex with easy access to the main street via a back lane gate.
