This is a unique Beach Bach, with some quirky features that make it more suited for families with older children. There are two living areas, one inside and the other that is a covered deck. The large deck is equipped with outdoor furniture, perfect for outdoor living and dining. Roll the blinds up along the edge of the deck and allow for a more open living area. The coastal decor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere making it the perfect place to relax.

The Space:
This charming retreat sleeps 6 people comfortably and offers three bedrooms.

Please note this property contains two main dwellings connected by an enclosed deck. This may not be completely suitable for families with young children due to the separation of the two dwellings.
Dwelling 1 - One queen bedroom, one king single bunk room and a living area
Dwelling 2 - One double bedroom, Kitchen, small Bathroom, separate toilet and Laundry

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a built-in breakfast bar and TV. There is an indoor living room with a TV, chairs and couch to relax and enjoy some indoor entertainment and a bathroom and shower at the very end of the house.

Beach Road Charmer is in close proximity to Orokawa Walk, Trig walk, The Surf Club, parks, RSA, local cafes, shops and of course the beach! Tasman Holiday Park is 250 meters away from this property. Guests can pay a day rate and use their heated pool, gym, hot tub and sauna.

This space is truly a relaxing and enjoyable environment, making it the perfect place to unwind and make lasting memories at the beach with the entire family!

No parties, events, or loud gatherings are allowed on the property.

Guest Access:
There is a lockbox for guests to access keys.

Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and bathroom towels are included in nightly rate. Beach towels are not provided, we ask that guests would bring their own beach towels and please do not use the bathroom towels outdoors.
