With uninterrupted view from Island Bay to Owhiro Bay including the South Island and Red Rocks. Our family home was built to maximise the rugged South Coast. There is never a dull moment taking in these views while enjoying our home with a new kitchen, bathroom and cosy three bedrooms. Only a short drive into the CBD to make the most that Wellington has to offer. 15 minute drive from the airport, hospital and CBD.

Interior Highlights:

Living Spaces: Spacious living room with large windows to maximise the view and French doors onto the deck. Two cosy couches (one fold out double bed) and tv make a great relaxing spot. The living room opens onto a stylish sitting room with a central fireplace keeping the whole house warm (there are additional oil heaters in the bedrooms).

Kitchen: Equipped with modern appliances, including a coffee machine, gas top, electric oven, dishwasher and dinning table. This stylish kitchen is the hub of the home. With beautiful white counter tops and everything you would need to entertain your guests while taking in the incredible coastal environment.

Bedrooms: The home offers three bedrooms. The master suite features a Queen bed, two wardrobes and beautiful sea views. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and ample storage, while the third bedroom has one king single bed and a desk for remote working.

Bathroom: One full luxurious bathroom complements the living spaces, with the main bathroom equipped with a spacious new shower, large soaking tub, and modern vanity and toilet. The second toilet is located in the laundry where you will have access to our washer and dryer.


Exterior Features:

Deck and private grassed area: The large deck area, accessible via French doors from the dining and kitchen area, offers a perfect setting for enjoying the view and having a peaceful moment. The grass lawn is the perfect barrier between the deck and uninterrupted views of the Cook Strait and onto the South Island.


Guest access
As our valued guests, you will have full private access to the top house during your stay. This includes all indoor living areas, the three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms and the fully equipped kitchen. You are welcome to make use of all the appliances and amenities provided in the home, from the kitchen appliances to the laundry facilities. There is onsite free parking available for your stay.

Outside, the spacious deck and private courtyard are yours to enjoy.
