Do not book this property. I booked and paid in advance via Expedia. They said they would send an SMS message for me to check in and receive details about how to access the building/room. Despite several messages through Expedia to the property saying I had not received any SMS they did not send me check in details. When I arrived in London and contacted them to say I needed check in details they told me they didn’t have the apartment anymore due to a “Back-End” issue. I was left high and dry and had to find new accommodation for 3 nights with no notice. When looking to find new accommodation they were still advertising saying they had apartments in the same building but they were now 3x the cost. Expedia worked with me to find a new place to stay and refunded the difference in costs given it was last minute. Expedia were great Egerton Apartments and the agents they work with were shameless. Be warned.
