I liked the hotel’s central location. Unfortunately, the same location turned out to be very noisy at night. Also, my room was so stuffy and hot, it was difficult to sleep in it. They hotel staff explained that they couldn’t turn AC on just yet, so I tried to sleep with open balcony’s door…. Thus, I could hear every sound from the street. The staff were helpful, the breakfast was delicious. My bed was super comfortable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Akka Lush Taksim.

Good location. The metro about 2 minutes walk. The room and the bath is small. over all is a good hotel but I do not think it gets to be a four star hotel.

Worst Hotel Stay of My Life

First of all there was nonstop construction going on all day and all night, so it was impossible to rest or get any sleep. Add to that constant street noise and ambulance sirens going off all night due to the hotel's proximity to a hospital. The rooms stank of sewage and were overheated. We had to turn the A/C on even though it was cold outside. The hotel is not equipped to handle handicapped or elderly guests. The breakfast was mediocre - and there was no choice. When we asked for a second cup of Turkish coffee, the waiter screamed at us and told us we would be charged for an additional cup. We had no problem with the extra charge but couldn't believe the despicable attitude of the waiter. Also, the guest rooms were tiny--literally as big as closets.

Nice hotel but two terrible factors

The hotel is nice and the staff is really helpful but the wifi in my room was just really poor! I had to go from laying in my bed to somewhere near the door. Om the other hand there is a construction going on and they start really early in the morning the sounds are really uncomfortable and basically they were just a headache. Other than than it was nice. But i wouldnt stay here again.

Gostamos muito do hotel. Os recepcionistas foram muito prestativos e simpáticos, sempre procurando nos atender. Tivemos problemas com o Wifi que mais de uma vez parou de funcionar no quarto, apesar de inúmeras tentativas de resolução pelo recepcionista. Éramos 3 e passamos toda a semana com 2 exemplares dos produtos de higiene, que não foram repostos em nenhum momento. Quando pedi a arrumadeira, ela me entregou somente mais um sabonete.

Interesting neighborhood

We stayed here for 7 days and it was a lot of fun. The breakfast is not very good and the staff are not as attentive but overall a great place to stay.

Good location but uncomfortable bed

The hotel is in a great location, but ask for a room not on the main street. It was loud, very loud. The bed and pillows were pretty terrible, but the wifi and breakfast were good.

タクスィム駅の南側の出口から徒歩5分ほどのところの、通り沿いにある小さなホテルです。よく注意しないとホテルとはわからないくらい、周りの建物に埋もれています。交通量の多い通り沿いのため、それなりにうるさく、またイスティクラル通りにも近いので、それなりの騒音はありましたが、夜中眠れない、というほどではありませんでした(個人によると思います)。ホテルマンは丁寧、部屋も清潔で、値段の割に質が高いと思います。食事は可もなく不可もなく、というところです。

Great hotel and stuff, but terrible sleep quality

the hotel stuff is a professional stuff. everything was great during my stay. i faced two problems in this hotel. the first one is the renovation of the building next to this hotel. terrible sound in my last day during my stay they kept on working till 4 am. they were pouring cement. in order to use that they use pumps which sounds a lot. another thing is sometimes they trough iron bars from the building which sounds a lot too. my second issue was that rooms have very thin walls. i could hear clearly what they are doing in the room next to me. you can imagine what kind of stuff i could hear. i stayed uptill 4 am because of turkish couple having sex loudly. i called the reception in order to find a solution. i think they talked to them. because the sound went down like 50%. overall the hotel is good, but these things made it uncomfortable.

Don't Get Taken for a Ride

Everything good about our stay was eclipsed by the behavior of the taxi driver ordered by our hotel. As we understood, our hotel dealt with a specific company and our concierge assured us of the estimated price range of our cab ride to the airport after our stay. Well our cab rider extorted us for lack of a better term into paying a higher fare. He threatened that some unforeseen traffic would make our ride longer by an hour and a half and if he didn't take a longer substantially more expensive route, we'd miss our flight. And then as all dishonest cabbies do: he turned off the meter and waited for our response when we were trapped and well on our way. I am disappointed with the hotel's association with this kind of service and therefore question their service overall. Go elsewhere.

Great location, couple of blocks from Taxsim Squar

Hotel staff were great and good (lots of variety) breakfast was included. Excellent location. Only problem was construction noise (from other buildings which should be complete fairly soon).

Hotel est bien très bien situé petit déjeuner correct Personnel très gentil Par contre actuellement il y a des travaux juste à coté donc on est est réveille à 7 h du matin par des marteaux piqueurs, ce qui m'a gâché mon séjour. Et le personnel de l’hôtel est impuissant.
