The only part I didn't like was the check-in my flight arrived late and the hotel had cancelled my reservation I waited about 2 1/2 hours in the lobby other than that every thing was fine I stayed 15 days

Great location right on the beach, great staff. Lots of great dining options in the area. Local bus out front. Beach can get noisy at times, but quite at night. They seem to loose everyones reservation so be prepared to take extra long at checkin. There is no WIFI as advertised. Its only a hotspot from a cell phone by the front desk only. No wifi anywhere else. Hotel needs a major renovation, looks like the rooms haven't been updated since the 80's.

The propriety didn’t look like the pictures at all, the condition of the room and bathroom were terrible , the beach side was very poor and dirty, the private beach area didn’t have any amenities like chairs or tables. The a/c in the room was leaking water and the tv was broken. I will not stay again.

The location for this place is amazing. The best beach in all mazatlán is where this hotel is located at. Too bad the hotel itself it’s falling apart. Nothing works correct. It’s too old and nobody cared to do upkeep at all. The pool was not usable in three weeks that we stayed there. Good thing the best beach is there. The staff makes up for the “condemned” place. They are friendly and very attentive. At least, that was my experience with them.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in Dirty the whole building looks rundown on the outside and in the rooms holes in the wall No soap bad beds y’all should take this hotel off of Expedia so other people don’t book here. Is there a way to get a partial refund

Horrible experience photos of the property are completely outdated booked because it was one of the very few that said pet friendly the room we got was on the 1st floor and pretty gross (even for me who is usually not picky) the staff was rude I took pictures of the room was not expecting 5 stars but deff not motel look, I am glad we only booked for one night I wish I could get my money back not work $150

No wifi, no tv signal, 1st day no hot water in the shower, restroom ceiling falling apart, restroom sink old and patched, bathtub old and not well maintained, patches on the ceiling on top of the bed, cracked glass on the sliding door to balcony, bedroom door not aligned to be able to lock it with the safety lock but it does close.

I find this hotel unacceptable / terrible. I only had a brief visit to the toilets at reception, which were extremely dirty. Despite a confirmed reservation, there was no room available for me. Neither reception nor Expedia were willing to help me find alternative accommodation. Never again! I can only recommend avoiding this hotel. The other reviews speak for themselves. If it hadn't been the only hotel available, I would never have booked it.

The hotel seems to be in good shape - unfortunately it’s in a not very nice shape. Rooms & general areas are without maintenance. Plants are super dry, they are not watered. Tiles in the floor in a lot of areas are broken. Terrace area in the room seems to be dirty and without maintenance. Beds are good to go for a sleep & crew are very professional. The pool area is very nice however there are no seats to take sun apart from the restaurant area under the shade. It’s been ok, however it’s sad to see a hotel in a nice area without maintenance and falling apart.

My room was nice .... except the fan wasn't working and the lights didn't work either and the air conditioning unit didn't go on until my last night there a service man told me that I had to insert my room key into the hanger by the door for everything to work.... Well great but still nothing work and to make matters worst my sink was clogged up I reported it right away and when I checked out it was still clogged. I will never return to this hotel.

Beware of the MOLD.

The hotel valet guy was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff, not so friendly but not rude. Upon arrival to our rooms, they were in horrible condition. Lots of mold, broken tile, dirty curtains, door latch broken and patched with staples. Door peep hole missing and stuffed with tissue. Bathroom was moldy and interior walls moldy, but painted over. Advised the front desk about the condition of rooms and they did allow me to see other rooms. I rented two rooms. One room was one step better and the other was just as moldy. The elevator was not functioning as well. I told the front desk that we wanted to be reimbursed and we’re going to check out. They said because I reserved via Hotels.com, they were not going to refund me. The front desk person said, the on duty manager had given the order not to refund me. They also said all rooms look the same. I felt as if I was wasting my time and we left. The hotel is in need of a full remodel and they should stop operations asap. I could not in good conscience let my family stay one more minute there.
