There were 5 of us that stayed and it was a wonderful place. The stay was very clean and had everything a person would need as if they were at home. The check in/out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The only thing that was advertised and was not in the apartment was the dryer for your clothes. The description had washer and dryer and it only had a washer and no dryer. We ended up having to hang our clothes on a clothes rack around the apartment. Then the communication with where we were to put the rubbish when the trash bags were full. We never received an answer to that question, ever, the whole time we were there. The instructions for the rubbish were on a picture frame hanging in the hall and it said that it was supposed to go downstairs in a certain door and that we needed a yellow key for the door. Did not have a yellow key and none of the keys we were provided worked in any of the locks. I emailed but still no answer to that question. In the end it was really a wonderful place to stay and if I were to go again i would definitely stay with Stayo. I give them a 9 out of 10, it really was a wonderful place to stay, just a few minor details but nothing that couldn't be worked around.

TERRIBLE

The worst ever they automatically judged me because it was a booking made on my birthday. Initially judged that I was going to have a party when I was really just going to stay the night in the apartment and celebrate my day outside. They later called and made another lie and excuse that the maintenance said the house is not in good condition.

Excellent overall

Absolutely great location, easy check in instructions and lovely clean and comfortable apartment. Only one comment would be that the windows are very thin so it is a little bit loud in the living/kitchen area where the sofa bed is but for me the main bedroom is in the back so doesn’t effect sleep

Wouldn’t stay here again!

The place was not clean. The furniture is old and dirty. The lights don’t work well. The locks don’t work well. I could keep going. On the positive side, great location.

Overall, we loved this property. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: - Great value for two bedrooms in SOHO, making it a great place to stay with your family - Kitchen was great, and we ate breakfast at the house each morning, saving money and creating a more restful morning - Spacious, remodeled, and aesthetically pleasing - Location, Location, Location. Close to tons of restaurants, making night life easy to enjoy. You have to walk a little to get to the tube, but it isn't bad. If you have a stroller (like we did), there isn't an elevator at Oxford Circus, so you do have to take the bus most times or walk farther on to Bond Street (you can also take the bus there). - No one bothers you - Great air conditioning. I hate sweating at night, and didn't have to worry about that. Cons: - Although the kitchen was great, there wasn't any salt, pepper, or olive oil. I think some super basic amenities like this would greatly improve the experience. - Beds - they were small and uncomfortable. I would expect a hotel to have nicer beds to sleep on. The apartment is spacious, so there's no reason they couldn't have a queen size bed in the rooms. - Thin walls. You can hear everything. So hopefully no one snores in your family. All in all - we would definitely stay here again.

체크인 전에 아파트 측에서 상당히 자세히 메일을 보내줘서 체크인도 편했고 아파트 자체가 굉장히 깔끔했고 거실,주방,룸,욕실,테라스 어느 한곳 불편한곳이 없었습니다.아주 넓고 쾌적하고 소호거리에 있어서 어디든 접근도 편리하고 주변지역에 펍이 있었음에도 방음도 좋아서 다시 런던에 간다면 꼭 이곳에 다시 묶고 싶습니다.

Pour un appartement non fumeur, nous avons eu tout le temps de notre séjour une forte odeur de cigarettes. C’est difficile quand on a des problèmes respiratoires. Sinon l’appartement était vraiment bien équipée et très bien située.

Convenient to everthing. Walking distance to Oxford Street, China Town, British Museum, .... We lived at the first floor facing Berwick Street with many pubs. The windows facing the street definitly needed to do some BASIC sound reducing (not sound proofing) works. The check out time of 10:00 AM was too early and we have to store our luggages at a nearby shop via Bagbnb for £25. The shower area needed a screen to stop water from going to the toilet area.

Ho gradito la comunicazione con i responsabili, che hanno risolto anche alcuni disagi in modo rapido ed efficiente. La posizione era ottima, centralissima. Ampi gli spazi e ottimi i servizi dell'appartamento (lavastoviglie, lavatrice etc.).
