Es un Lugar muy bonito, Vale la pena. lo que no me gustó fue el acceso a la piscina, solo hay 2 designadas para los apartamentos y estan feas, la principal mas bonita es del hotel. Todo lo demas fue excelente

Grande y espacioso!! Bonito y bien ubicado, lo recomiendo mucho!! Está en una zona muy buena y el departamento es grande. Estacionamiento gratis y cerca. No hay tvs en los cuartos, ni muebles.. sólo una cama y sobra mucho espacio sin amueblar. El sofa al momento de abrirlo para dormir estaba sucio… todo lo demás limpio y bien!!

Bad client service, I paid extra for pool entrance and the pool was closed they reimburse me just a fraction of what I paid for the pool entrance. I booked for 3 people the just provide us bedding for 2 and I had to go to Target and buy bedding for the futon, that by the way was of very bad quality. Ay our arrival there was garbage in the kitchen cabinets. I called client service on day 1 and ask for a visit of the hospitality manager and on day 4.

Un establecimiento sucio, semi amueblado en condiciones bastante deterioradas, sin suficientes utensilios. Te mandan mensajes intimidantes de cobros si no haces sus procedimientos de mandar una foto de una llave que quizás nunca utilizaste. Un trato bastante amenazante desde el principio con una serie de reglas que conoces hasta después que contrates el hospedaje.

Simply gorgeous accommodations

I really enjoyed staying here & if I come back to San Antonio I’d love to stay there again. It was a beautiful place and it was so peaceful. The one thing I’d say was a negative was I got a call on Tuesday night accusing me of being loud and violating the noise restrictions and I wasn’t even there, I was visiting family. When I explained that to the person on the line, she said “Ok so your side of the story is it’s not you making the noise.” I replied, “No. it’s not ‘my side’ it’s I’m not there to make noise and no one should be there making noise so it must be someone else.” Other than that, my stay was pretty wonderful.

Our unit was down on the bottom floor. We had filthy windows to look out at some ugly bushes. Had a patio with no furniture. The door to the patio had the doorknob literally hanging from the door and we were told they couldn’t fix it. There was food in the microwave from the last guest, hair in the drain of the shower and crumbs in the futon. The units were not well equipped if you wanted to cook full meals there.

I arrived at the unit and couldn’t find parking because there was a small section designated to residents in front of the building that was full. The rest nearby was valet parking for the resort directly next door. I had to park about 5 minutes or so away in another resident parking lot, walking past tons of cars waiting to get valet service. Once I got to the unit, I found a random fork and baking sheet on the counter, along with cleaning spray and a dish rag. There were towels in both the washer and dryer, so I took them out and set them on top, as I was unsure if they were clean. I brought my own, so I didn’t use any of the others. I ended up washing the bed sheets because I wasn’t sure how clean they were after seeing the towels. The floors were in need of a sweep, so I had to do that myself. Once all of that was taken care of, then the place was fine. I shouldn’t have needed to do any of it though. I stayed for 3 nights and the morning of check-out, someone knocked on my door. I ignored it because I thought it was nothing, but then I heard someone typing on the keypad and it unlocked. Thankfully the deadbolt was locked, so they couldn’t get in. I looked out the peephole and saw a guy and asked what he wanted. He said he was there to check in, but I still had another hour before my check-out! They gave him a code to get into the unit while I was still there! He left of course, but I found it very inappropriate of the company to do that. I don’t think I’d stay there again.

Work Trip

Lots of pros & cons. The apartments are beautifully build, The Rim shopping center is across the highway, and there is nice resort in the middle of the apartment buildings. I was really excited to stay here, but after checking in lost that excitement. We had a one bedroom apartment, which had lots of space, wasn't expecting that, but loved it. The cons.. the place did not look like it had been cleaned very well (see pics) floors looked dusty, found several hairballs laying around, cabinets below the sink in the kitchen/bathroom have streaks on them from water splashing (the bathroom sinks spray water everywhere) the rug in the living room looked like it had not been vacuumed, especially under the coffee table where there was quite a bit of crumbs and dust.. this is a coffee table that could easily be moved to vacuum under. The couch in the living room had hair on it & almost forgot to mention the cockroach in the kitchen one evening!! I had to clean the apartment myself the best I could with what was available & picked up several items at the dollar store just so I felt comfortable being in there. Big bonus, washing machine & dryer.. I did wash the sheets just to be safe. Also one of the bedside lamps kept flickering and going out & there are no ceiling lights in the room. Overall... this place is actually pretty nice & we would love to stay here again. But it's really important that someone comes in and actually cleans the apartments properly!!

Ringing noise in hotel

There was an issue with me getting the check in email. I had to call and ask for it to be sent to me, but it was resolved quickly. Other then that there is a strange ringing noise that happens every couple hours and last 15 minutes or so coming from the kitchen I believe? It wakes you up.

The condo itself was gorgeous on the outside. It was very elegant and nice within the lobby and the halls. Very close to so many shops and restaurants made it easy to get around. Some cons: there were crumbs around the condo, underneath the bed and couch. On the last day 3 pretty big cockaroaches came out from under the fridge and couch which was pretty disturbing. Also, there wasn't conditioner so just for the next guests maybe pack your own as well as your own toilet paper if you have the space. There was toilet paper there it was just that rough one ply sheets. It is spacious and the kitchen has a beautiful island in it.

They were repairing the pool outside with hand held jack hammers. * My back stuck to the inside of the toilet lid. *The bottom sheet on the bed was pilled up with wear balls. *the soap reminded me of Lava soap. Otherwise it was a nice unit.
