There were many issues with the apartment. It hadn’t been cleaned at all and the bedding for both rooms and linens weren’t in a usable state. I continued my stay because I've struggled to find accommodations so last minute but I can’t help but be bothered by the messages about missing or damaged linens and fees when the apartment was in such a horrible state when I arrived. A cleaning crew did arrive the next day and entered without notice or a knock at the door while I was undressed… I assume to cover up the fact that they hadn’t done their job the day before. However, by that point I had cleaned and sanitized enough for me to use one of the available rooms. When I finally did hear back from the property they had no idea that the cleaning crew hadn’t cleaned the apartment before my stay, and when I tried to work with Expedia to receive a refund after my stay they claimed I refused cleaning service, which was false.
