Very nice property. Clean, well-maintained. Beds weren't very comfy to our liking. Main bedroom shower wasn't pictured online and was a disappointment size wise. The property was difficult to locate initially through GPS and in the dark, as it seems a guardrail was installed, so the entrance was moved to the bottom of the hill. A sign indicating where to turn would be useful.

Very well stocked place. Clean and comfortable for large group. For the price all the amenities should be in good repair (hot tub cover is broken and thus a little more difficult to remove, all of the pool table cue sticks have broken tips, pool table needs to be leveled). But overall a nice place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great, the water was off when we got there, the hot tub was broken. The water heater was small so everyone had to take quick showers.

Relaxing stay

The rental was absolutely perfect for our family of seven! Everyone had plenty of room and the cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed, or forgot!! We were close to the trails for UTV riding and golf! Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone! Thanks for making our stay so comfortable!!!

Perfect Getaway

Our family of six had a wonderful time and loved the amenities, pool table, hot tub, comfortable beds and spaciousness of the cabin. Feels very secluded and is close to Terry Peak which is why we went but also next to snowmobile trails and local towns. Would definitely go again!

Great place

They place was beautiful and very nice! We had trouble with wifi not working but other then that it was great! Beds were great. Just as described!

Nice location to get right on the trails. Driveway was a little tricky with our snowmobile trailers but couldn’t beat the location and views

Black Hills Adventure

We enjoyed our stay very much! We found everything clean and in order. The communications from Budi were timely and helpful. The location was very easy to find and in good proximity to our many points of interest! A very enjoyable experience!

Great place for family

The house was wonderful…air conditioning was very helpful! It was a very hot weekend…kids loved the Xbox , pool table and hot tub…played cards and baked cookies…brought our telescope and the view of the stars from the deck was amazing…good memories for sure! Thanks for sharing your home!
