Beautiful Beachfront Villa in a Gated Community, Private Pool/Bar, Fully Staffed

The HOME AT LAST Villa is a fully staffed 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath upscale villa in the secure, gated community of The Lagoons in the Montego Freeport, Montego Bay. Our villa is only 20 minutes from the Montego Bay airport, and just a few minutes away from the world renowned Montego Bay Yacht Club, The Houseboat Restaurant and Secrets Resort.

Our villa, which is located on the Caribbean and is Covid 19 Certified, is furnished with modern amenities, luxurious spa-style bathrooms, air conditioning in every bedroom, and a truly Caribbean feel. Two of the bedrooms have breathtaking views of the sea from their own private veranda.

The villa opens up to a large veranda overlooking the Caribbean; which is perfect for entertaining, a romantic dinner or simply kicking back enjoying our famous rum punch. Each day's sunset is different, and is something wonderful to witness!

The manicured grounds feature a heated, infinity pool overlooking the sea, a Jamaican thatched gazebo with bar, ice maker, refrigerator, wine cooler and satellite TV. Watch your favorite movie or sports team from the bar or the pool, or listen to your favorite tunes through our music system.

Within The Lagoons community are two lighted tennis courts and a large 25 meter swimming pool for your use.

Your rental rate includes the services of a full time, amazing group of people. Melonie is your chef, Rodrick is your butler/bartender, Annette is the house manager and Roy is the gardener. Your meals will be prepared and served either outside on the veranda, at the bar or indoors in the formal dining area. The staff will purchase and prepare all meals that you have chosen for your stay. After deciding on your menu for the week, you may either accompany the Chef to the grocery or give her an itemized list with cash, and she will return with the goods and all receipts.

In addition to the full staff, we employ a local management company that will meet you at the airport and arrange any side trips that you may want to take, if you please. This is not included in our nightly rate.

Perfect!!

This is a wonderful property made even more special by the amazing staff. The property lived up to the description and expectations were exceeded by the beauty, cleanliness and amenities. All of the staff were wonderful, accommodating all of our special requests and the meals were fantastic. I would definitely book again and recommend.

I read all the other reviews before I booked this property. And I have to say they are all TRUE. The house was amazing. Location amazing. And staff were amazing. Rodrick even went out of his way to go and buy a shell for my teen daughter. Melanie and Annette were so lovely and helpful. Truly a gem of a place and one of our best holidays to date!

This property and staff are top notch. The ocean view was amazing! Our staff was warm and accommodating. Chef Karilla makes the most delicious meals — I loved all of her food. I would definitely recommend staying at this villa.

A wonderful location with an amazing staff

We were looking for the perfect location to spend an important family vacation, and we sure found it. Wonderful location, well appointed house, plenty of thought out into creating relaxing and picturesque spaces, and everything you need to have a wonderful time on property or around the island. The staff, however, really turned this into an amazing experience that we will remember forever.

Amazing, beautiful home with superb staff.

At Last is a gorgeous home, but what made our trip so relaxing was the staff. Anette, Chef Mark, Rodrick and Roy were amazing. Our family of four, including kids ages 11 and 8, felt at home. We hope to go back soon.

Home At Last Montego Bay

This property and the staff are amazing! Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation where you are pampered and made to feel like family. Excursions are available but not necessary to learn and be a part of the culture. We did Blue Hole and Dunns River Falls. Both were amazing.

Fantastic 8 Days

At Last was even better that we ever could have imagined. Of course the house and its benefits were wonderful. You can see that from the pictures. However the staff made our stay incredible. Not just having a great chef, bartender, butler and gardener but having great, friendly people who care about you really made a huge difference. We will be back!

Heaven on Earth

This was a perfect experience. Our driver and every staff member was great. Chef Karela is an absolute star. Great food and she had a willing to do anything you ask. We never went to a restaurant in 5 days because tour location and food was better. Roderick will support your every need and makes some amazing drinks along the way. Hard to describe how beautiful the property is and pictures don’t do it justice.

At Last.... A villa worth every penny and more

Rather than repeat previous reviews of this villa I'll just say it is a fantastic place, exceptionally maintained and you are very well looked after. Read previous reviews, can't disagree with anything that's already been said. Would definitely go back. The staff, food, service and well appointed waterfront villa are all 5 star and you couldn't relax or enjoy it more. Thank you to the villa team, owner(s), management company and transportation group for going above and beyond.

Best. Vacation. Ever.

We had an absolute blast and such a restful time at At Last. Roderick, Annette, Karilla and Roy made our stay absolutely perfect, and we loved being with them. The property is one of the cleanest houses you will find. Karilla is a true gourmet chef, and catered to our every request and need. Annette kept things running smoothly and spotless, and Rod helped us with all of our meals, excursions and drinks. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures - the property is exquisite. We will be back and can’t wait to spend another week at At Last with its crew - they were truly the best!!

At Last

The pictures do not do the villa justice. It is much more beautiful. What also makes this place awesome are the people. Mark the chef had the best meals a person could ask for. Annette kept the house spotless and helped organized all our daily trips. Val the butler and bartender always had our favorite drinks ready to go. Roy kept the pool and grounds in tip top shape. It was the best place to celebrate our 45th anniversary with family.

Blew our minds!!!!!!

It was phenomenal! The staff made our stay as magical as it was!!!! Roderick & Karilla were irreplaceable & gracious. Annette & Roy kept the house & grounds immaculate. I'm running out of positive adjectives describing our stay. It was the epitome of sensational!!!! We would love to come back & hope to someday. I would not stay anywhere else on the island now. I have been spoiled!!!! On a side note - If you ever need a driver while there, Baker is your man!!!

True paradise!

At Last is even more beautiful in person than you could possibly imagine from the pictures. The service exceeded our every expectation - Karilla's cooking was DELICIOUS, Rodrick kept the party going with his cocktails & bright smile, Annette was a gentle presence and kept the house feeling comfortable and looking beautiful each day. Roy looked after the grounds and had the ultimate island vibe. Our group of 7 adults loved the house so much that we only left once for dinner! If you're looking for a villa in Jamaica, BOOK THIS ONE - you won't be disappointed. Thank you to the At Last staff & owners, we will definitely be back!

Our family has been in Jamaica since the early 1980's. After years of searching for the ideal location, we built our villa in a lovely Caribbean style utilizing the talents of select designers and craftsmen.

Jamaica is by far one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. The island's reputation for its vibrant culture, reggae music and friendly people is known worldwide. The Lagoons, where our villa is located, is a unique community located in the Montego Freeport, just outside Montego Bay. It is a private, gated community with a community pool, 2 lighted tennis courts and a children's playground.
Upon entering the villa, you will be amazed at the breathtaking view of the Caribbean. Our Villa is COVID 19 Certified.

We have a full staff to provide you with every comfort. Our chef is available to prepare every meal based on your personal cuisine selections. The villa has a fantastic thatched roof gazebo with a full walk up bar and big screen TV. Most of our guests commune right in this area! The heated, infinity pool, located next to the bar and veranda, has a fabulous view of the sea and outstanding sunsets.
The pool features two unique areas. The main area is four and a half feet deep with benches for seating. The shallow area is twelve inches deep and is ideal for small children. Loungers set in the water are perfect for reading or enjoying the sun with friends.
